They must have looked me up by my license plate, because they knew who I was without asking my name, and I've never been there. They just asked "same as last time?" and then did it! Very quick service. Didn't try to upsell me on high mileage oil.

First time coming to the jiffy lube in Mukilteo. Horrible experience and very unprofessional staff. A younger gentleman was working on my truck for an oil change, he couldn't get to the oil filter from up top and i am not sure why he was doing it this way instead of the bottom. he starts taking off my intake to get to the oil filter, he then try's to get it off and lost his temper and starting screaming and dropping f-bombs all while customers were sitting in our cars. The kid then threw his tools and then slammed the office door. Now the other employees had to figure out everything he took apart and proceed to finish the job. Well they couldn't even finish the job and i asked them to put everything back together so i can take my truck to Ford. This place is totally unprofessional and the employees should spend more time working than dancing to music in the shop and flirting with each other. these kids are as bright as a 3 watt bulb and its sad they cant even change oil. I assume the gentlemen i spoke to at the end was the lead or manager and washed the bill. he was friendly but if he really is in charge he needs to start rethinking of the type of kids he hires. they seem more fitting for a weed store or McDonald's.
