Tried to stop in here to grab two sandwiches before we went to a show in Seattle. Thought we were going to have just a quick stop in and then go park and eat before our show. We walk in and there’s no one except a pickup order in the lobby, so you assume things will move moderately quickly. Normally we wait 5 mins at the most for our sandwiches, but today we waited almost 20 mins. There’s was one girl and two guys and the girl was making sandwiches while I don’t even know what the other two were doing. Not a great place to get fast food anymore apparently, at least at this location. Sandwiches were still good because they usually are but jeez Louise, what happened to freaky fast? Lol

The tall ponytailed human who rang me up did not greet me and just stood there until I greeted him. I’m not sure if this is your first job, regardless it’s super off putting , rude, and uninviting to do. He clearly was not thrilled to be there and couldn’t wait to go back to socializing . The guy who gave me my food was very polite and kind . Blonde fellow with piercings I believe. The food quality there is always meh. The lettuce is always brown and the pickles seem to have been sitting for a while as they’re are translucent which isn’t super normal. It’s disappointing this is the only JJ in the area. I’ll have to look for a different company in the area.

**Edited to add the following**Received a message from the store email accusing me of swearing at the PIC and shorting my last order by $5 as I paid in quarters. How they will no longer do business with me. How can I short pay an online orders? I don't go into the store. This guy must want to be fired or something. Who does that??I love Jimmy John's and have ordered online from this store 5 or so times in the last 3 months and have never had a problem. It is usually the same delivery person too. Tonight, I placed an order at 6pm. At 6:40, I noticed that it went from "out for delivery" to my order summary. I call, figure they are busy but wanted to check. The guy said the driver was still out delivering and would check back with me when he returned. 7:15 I call again. He apologized for not calling and said it was delivered, the driver rang the bell and left it. I told him my recliner sits next to my big window at my front door. No one came by, and I had obviously been keeping an eye out.I asked when he could have it redelivered, and he said all he can do is offer a refund. Of course, I am upset and said, "Why? You don't close until 9, and I want the food I waited over an hour and a half for!" By no means did I yell. It was a more surprised reaction. He then said "well now I won't do it because you are screaming at me. Order from somewhere else" and hung up. I called back, and he would just pick up and hang up the phone. I am 100% shocked. This owner needs to be aware of how customers are being treated by this gentleman. I was in no way upset the first time I called, and I did not, at any point, scream at anyone. Unfortunately, bad experiences are shared more often than good ones. After I speak with the owner or corporate, I will update this review. Sadly, I won't be able to order from there again as who knows what he would do or if I would get my food.Delivery orders beware.

I was really pleased with the service that I got at this location, all three workers were really professional, really helpful, and super polite.Great teamwork from them too.update: upon being asked to add the feedback to the link given.. ther error message "UNABLE TO SUBMIT FEEDBACK AT THIS TIME. (403)" pops up. So i am unable to leave feedback as requested.

Got home with my $30 2 sandwich order to find both of them incorrect. I’m not driving all the way back, and no one will answer the phone. Will be disputing the charge and won’t go to this Jimmy John’s again. Not for that much money to have that much error.

When I asked for an extra quick favor to cut one of my sandwiches again, I got an eye roll and a huff. You'd think I'm lecturing her or something.I didn't interrupt anything - you just moved some sandwich papers to the end of the counter. You continued by staring at your hands like you didn't know what to do and blurted out "uhh...".You're the last person people see when they grab their food. You're the last interaction people get before they turn away. No one wants to leave with a negative experience.2 stars because 2 stars says "disliked it" for the attitude.

We get Jimmy John's every time we are in the States. The sandwiches are delicious ?. I get the veggie, and my husband gets the vito. The new dill pickle chips are great, and I recommend trying them. Service is fast every time!

I work next door to this JJ so I go there often for lunch. Let me tell you, there is nothing freaky fast with this location. They literally working at turtle pace, slowest JJ ever.

First and last time ordering from this location. The sodas were watered down from melted ice (and it’s not hot outside now) so I dunno what happened there. My chicken ceasar wrap which includes croutons in the wrap was all crouton dust like they were out and scraping the bottom of the barrel which is a gross texture. Hardly any ceasar dressing. Pretty ridiculous for the costThen the driver puts the food right in front of my door where I had to squeeze my body out to try and reach it without knocking everything over.

Freaky fast, freaky good. I really wish they could expand their delivery range. Their sandwiches, they aren't gonna go bad. Or at least be on Uber Eats or some app. Im near downtown Edmonds and would go more if there was one closer.

Freaky Fast is JJ's motto, but they must change it to "Super Slow". This place was dead, overstaffed, with too many people standing around, leaving two people (one new) to work three orders. I am okay with waiting for new hires to get training, but the other staff shouldn't have bolted to the back room and could have jumped in to help.Vegetarian options: There are veggie-only sandwiches and chip option(s).Parking: Plenty of parking outside the store.
