Employees are super helpful and friendly :) They always give me great advice on any projects I'm working on, always know where I can find any item, and on multiple occasions have gone out of their way to help me. Their attitude really makes a difference and I always prefer this location!

The store itself is usually clean and items stocked. I have been lucky every time with getting a super friendly cashier. The checkout experience may include a little bit of a wait but that is normal these days. I gave it 4 stars because of the 15+ times I’ve come to this store, I have not seen a single employing on stage to assist with questions. It’s honestly not that big of a deal though, due to them usually being stocked up on stage. + They have great coupons! (Download the app if you’re a frequent shopper!)

About a week ago the "manager" Eron I think was just so rude, I asked some questions about some products and they started getting noticeably irritated, she/he/they stalked me around the store and made me feel like some kind of thief I had a bag on me that i carry around everywhere, so does everyone who comes in with a bag get treated like a thief? The rest of the staff wasn't bad though, Just felt an undertone of, get out of the store after that experience with the manager.

Staff was friendly and helpful but lines were very long with only one line open. Shelves were empty as well. Its a shame to see another big company put profits above proper staffing levels, the few staff members there were doing their best but it wasn’t enough to keep up.

This used to be my favorite Joann store to go to. I recently came and thought they must be going out of business. I saw 1 cashier and 2 ladies in fabric. I was second in line to have my fabric cut. The woman who was at the table being helped had about 20 bolts to get measured and cut. The other worker at the table had no one. She was busy on her phone scrolling through something. I waited a good ten minutes before I got helped. Prior to this, I was extremely disappointed in the messy store and the low selection of fabric. I will not be returning to this store, and I will not be surprised if it goes out of business.

3 stars because I love JoAnn, and the cashier was friendly and quick with my online order. However, the store was a bit of a mess, poorly stocked and organized, and seemed to be very understaffed... Pretty out of character with my previous experiences at other locations. I hope they turn it around!Edit: After reviewing other locations around Seattle, it seems they all have similar issues. Not sure if it's a whole company thing or a regional issue in the area - the stores in Colorado were always very tidy, well stocked, and usually reasonably staffed.
