I stopped in to buy some new work shoes because i have been struggling to find a pair for weeks. And as soon as i went in i was instantly helped by one of the workers Liberty, she knew exactly what i needed and recommended me things that would work best. She was also really fast at retrieving the multiple pairs of shoes i wanted which was really nice to experience! Thanks to her i was able to get great advice on which pair would work best for me and i was able to find the pair of shoes i needed plus some socks that would make the shoes more comfortable and easy to break into! Highly recommend this store!! Thank you again:)

As someone who used to work at a shoe store, this place is too sales-ey. Employee kept trying to sell me shoes and socks after I told them I don’t need any more. Please listen to your customer. And management, please don’t pressure your sales people to earn a commission this way. I was so uncomfortable I had to leave!

I stopped by with my daughter to find some new shoes before school starts tomorrow. Customer service was top notch despite them being very busy! The employees were right there ready to help us get the right size every time we wanted to try a new shoe. One employee even offered to order a t-shirt and have it delivered for free when they didn't have the right size in stock.

Went in looking for work shoes ladies there were very dismissive and only wanted to show me one pair of shoes. Said no matter where I go this will be the only type of shoe that works. Did not look at other options and was not offered. Went to Sketchers and had more options and friendlier service. Will not shop at this store again.

Bought 2 pairs of shoes off the website. When I received them they had clearly been worn and the boxes were practically destroyed. When I tried to return/ exchange them to this location they refused saying they had been worn. Yes, obviously, thats how I got them and why I wanted to return them. The manager didn't offer an exchange and was extremely rude. The store was also a mess and the other employees seemed not to want to help other customers in the store. Journey's is an actual joke.

Bought a pair of shoes that hurt my feet and they refused to return them because I had worn them once, and only offered me an exchange. Lady that sold me the shoes originally told me that I could return them if they were defective or hurt my foot and then I come in and return them and the other manager there tells me I can’t return them because they had been worn once. They need to tell their employees correct return policies because I was told two very different things, incredibly unprofessional and I will not be shopping here again.

Highly do not recommend this shop! They will tell you one price then ring another price. Then when you catch it they will say oh no but $10 is the max discount. I had to go back to this store three times! What a waste of my time! The staff there is also super unprofessional and rude staff especially the curly haired girl there. In total I waited probably around 30mins to just get my money back!! Stay away from this store!

I’m exhausted from saying no 27 different ways in a 4 minute time span! I forgot my shoes for school and didn’t have time to go home before and I work in the alderwood mall. Just wanted something quick and comfy.(which doesn’t mean cheap because I spent $150) I ask her for an Ugg slipper and it’s in youth sizes. Listen… I own over 300 pairs of shoes. I know my sizes in youth. She tries to convince me that a women’s size 7.5 is a youth size 5. And it’s not, it’s a 6Y. Surprise, 5Y didn’t fit. I said I’m looking for some Uggs or croccs. She brings me some UGLY boat shoes that I said no thanks to before she even brought them to me and had to say NO THANKS AGAIN because apparently it fell on def ears. Then I had to say no 4 times to socks and even after I said no 4 times she assumed the sale and asked what kind of socks I was getting. Then asks about shoe spray. I know that they are there to sell. I work in sales myself so I understand. But it’s also your job to build a rapport with your customers and OFFER. I feel like I was being hounded and it just created a very unpleasant experience. I left feeling very annoyed and couldn’t get out fast enough. And honestly I don’t even blame the employee because I know this comes from being pressured by upper management. Journeys doesn’t sell anything that I can’t find elsewhere. I’ve shopped there because of the experience. I don’t know if journeys is suffering as a company but their sales tactics are coming across very desperate.

The blonde girl with eyelash extensions gave me a dirty look because I said no thank you to some shoes she brought out that weren’t the size I wanted, umm sorry I don’t want to order online but that doesn’t mean you have to give me dirty looks, if you don’t like your job quit :)

Just called to inquire about availability of a product and person I spoke with was rude and dismissive. Will not visit the Lynnwood store.

Browsed shoes for 5 to 10 minutes. After a few minutes there, I was the only customer. I listened to 3 or 4 employees talking about their hangover and alcohols. They never approached me or said anything to me. I decided to just leave. They didn't seem interested in doing any work, so I wasn't interested in spending any money.

Honestly, I only bought a pair of expensive shoes here because the guy, who seemed to be a manager or assistant manager, was openly rude to an employee helping me and I felt sorry for her having to work for him. In the end the shoes were not for me, so I returned them. He was totally obnoxious the second time around as well. We will not be going back.

I think it’s good that the employees are talkative but it comes to a point where it’s just exhausting. I was asked to buy some socks like 6 times after repeatedly saying no and showing that I was obviously not interested. the employee would push me to touch them and even made a sexual reference (I’m a minor). It was generally very uncomfortable. Small talk is okay but im just trying to get my shoes and go :\
