One of the worst Keybank branch. I had to wire money ,went there like 12.30 pm .they said it is after cutoff time and also said i have to make an appointment to do this although their all staff was doing nothing .finally they did this transfer for me after 2 hour wait which should've done in 20 mins.

Deposited the same government check at a different branch a week earlier for the double the amount no hold. I go to this branch because I’m in the vicinity and they 7 day hold it when I ask for manager she tells me to call customer service. I call customer service after being hung up twice they tell me they can’t do anything that’s on a branch level. Definitely misleading to say the least will be discontinuing my relationship with them….

I'm a business owner and I went to this bank to get a 20 dollar bills. Actually I don't have an account with them but at that time the closest bank near me was this bank and I gave them three a hundred dollar bills to convert to twenty dollar bills but the teller that I met at that time told me that he will not do that if I do not have an account with them and I drove two miles to get Bank of America. Bad customer service.

There should be a zero-star option for places like this.Never answered a phone call or returned one, even after their 800# assured me they would, this branch wouldn't even answer for them..Hands down the worst bank manager.Waiting indefinitely for a simple answer that would have alleviated my concerns.P.s. don't bother with the (owner) "Sorry for your negative experience," bs.Closing my account at my earliest convenience .

I tried to open an account here but unfortunately was unable to for circumstances they had nothing to do. The branch manager PK went above and beyond to not only help me with my check but also investigated the issue for an hour just to help me and give me the information I needed to be able to open with them in the future. Far different then my experience at Bank of America, where I couldn't even get to a person in the bank or online to find out what is going on. He did all this for me eventhough I couldn't give him my business. Thank you PK! I'll see you soon.

How does a place you bank with, trust with your money, not have the courtesy to answer the phone or call you back. Will be closing all my accounts. Called last night asked the manager to call me. Still haven’t received a call back. Called this morning at 9:02 and conveniently “in another meeting” since then I’ve called about 15 times and nobody will answer the phone. I have a very important concern about my account that needs handled. Now, they won’t answer my calls or return the call.

Sat in drive-through for 25 minutes to make a deposit. No one even bothered to tell me what is taking so long. Teller came back after a while asked me for ID then another silence, then came back again asking me for Social Security. No apologies for the wait like this is expected. This is absurd. Complete lack of professional or even common courtesy

I withdrew $500 from this branch last week, and later on I found out one of them is the fake one. I came back to let them know about it, but they didn't admit it's their money. I was very disappointed it. Please don't come to this branch for cash withdrawal, and check your cash before leaving the branch.

I give this place -5 rating! I patiently waited for them to help me with a loan but I ran out of patient after long 5 days waiting which they initially said would take 2-3 days. I am still understanding but what bothered me was no one knew what they were doing since they had to call someone every time to help them what to do. Everyone needs thorough training.

Very rude customer service at the bank. I just opened an account thinking this would be good bank. The teller didn’t even say hello or goodbye. I will probably close my account.

As a business client the banking customer service help you find at local branches is a joke. But this branch is absolute worst customer service I’ve experienced.
