I can't say enough great things about La Petite on Poplar Way.Justine, the director, is very responsive and helpful. She always reply within 24 hours no matter when we message her.We love Ms. Su and Ms. Kate from the infant class. They're very warm, caring, cheerful and professional. They make our son feels welcome and these days he doesn't seem to even want to go home. The daycare is bright, clean and safe. The hours are very flexible. They also serve healthy lunch and snacks. Lastly, we love the abundance parking and the security measure taken. Overall, you can't ask for a better daycare!

My children have been attending La Petite Academy on Poplar Way for more than 3 years. We have had a wonderful experience. The staff is responsive, engaged, and very caring of the children. The structure of educational material and playtime is great and I have seen my children flourish both socially and academically. The app and cameras in the classroom provides me frequent communication on what is going on during my child's day which lets me stay connected to my children while I am away from them. I highly recommend La Petite Academy on Poplar Way.

I’ve had my children at this La Petite since 2019, and it is truly wonderful! I have had experience with infant room all the way through pre-k. The development of the curriculum, from the earliest ages to pre-k made my early kindergarten entrant (September birthday) seamless, he was well prepared! The leadership at this La petite is wonderful and amazing! The leadership, not just the room teacher knows my child and their development. The teachers have been so great, warm and caring! I don’t have any concerns about leaving my child there, if anything I recommend La petite to everyone who asks me about child care!

The staff is fantastic with my kid and they're very friendly to the parents. Everybody gets to know my child and us, even if we're not in their classroom. The staff are very communicative and responsive. The center is very spacious, they have great activities and toys for the kids, and it's clean! We've been in other daycares and have toured even more, and this is the absolute best we've encountered. And it's the best priced!

Justine and Jessica are great. I did have some initial trouble adjusting my daughter to the daycare however, Justine was very responsive and took care of every single concern I had, which is what mattered most to me. Overall the school is great, but I think what is most important is the teacher assigned to your child and so far I have loved the teachers here.

I set up a virtual tour online and I called to reschedule. Jessica picked up the phone and wasn’t very pleasant. She rudely said they don’t do virtual tours due to staffing and in her words “anyway we’re booked up until next September”. I told her my appointment was confirmed and she abruptly repeated herself “well we’re not doing that because we don’t have the staff”. Ok well update your website because clearly it states they offer virtual tours. I got a text and email confirming my appointment. I also understand its busy and I’m sure she wanted to get off the phone but with someone who works at an establishment that involves children, maybe work on your patience, empathy and problem solving.

I'm not one to write reviews but I just wanted to say this daycare is amazing! Every staff member is caring and really goes beyond for my daughter. I could not be more satisfied with the services the staff the provide.

Was given a tour, where they specifically asked when we wanted to start. Then 2 weeks later they are suddenly booked up. Waste of time.

The Lynnwood branch is clean with large windows, and outdoor spaces. It is however ran by an uneducated woman, whose decisions are not to be challenged to avoid hurting her feelings, due to the many many years she worked there. She is the one responsible for starving for a whole day a baby she was in charge of taking care of, twice! She also tried to hide from the baby’s parents an accident that was bad enough to spend the night at the emergency room, rather than report the accident to them, with the blessing of the district manager. She refuses to share her manager’s contact information when concerned parents complain, to avoid being in trouble. But wait, there is more:Some teachers are completely unqualified, and lack the most basic skills, e.g changing a diaper.Forget about children development of social or language skills, the rooms are so overcrowded that the teachers spend their time chasing the children before they hurt themselves, or leave them crying in a corner. Classes have no structure, no set program nor activities for the children to learn from. The unhealthy processed or canned food that is not even recommended for adults.Strollers stay outside, in the cold wet rain. While some of the teachers are engaging and great, La Petite Academy is a major disappointment. As soon as we moved the baby to another daycare, she became 10 times happier and more lively.Update: Starving or injuring babies doesn't count as the 'exceptional care' the anonymous social media intern mentioned, nor does providing an anonymous phone number.

My 4 year old son started attending this school back in September and it has been a wonderful experience. He has increasingly been growing socially and academically each month. I love the staffing there and the awesome app they have that sends updates throughout the day on what your child has learned, eaten and slept. I highly recommend this school to anyone looking for child care/pre-school.

This review is not about school but about this group/company which they don't any respect to others time. When you call them they say we have opening for enrollment and they nicely you can visit and book appointment. Once you go there they will say no spot available and you have to be on waitlist. Crap !! What is this ? then simply says apologies. Double check your appointment before going there which saves your time .

Its true when you ask for the appointment spot is available and at last minute say no spot is available. I end up having no daycare of my daughter.

My 2 year old son loved going here! The staff was always great to me and my son. Joey runs the show and his attention to detail, organization and sass always made it fun to be there. My son absolutely loved his teachers, especially miss Jennifer, and I have to say she came up with the absolute BEST art projects for the kids! We left there because I changed jobs farther south but I would bring my son back in a heartbeat!

I was very nervous about putting my son in daycare, but La Petite is wonderful! The teachers are all so kind and understanding and my little guy loves them. They communicate very openly and let me know exactly what goes on for the day.I would definitely recommend my friends and family here!

My daughter has been going to the La Petite Academy for a little over 2 years now. The staff is great and she loves going to school like a big girl everyday. They really care about each and every student. Joey the schools director is great and has a way with people where you feel competely comfortable and know your child in good hands.
