Made an appointment and the lab was not open. Pharmacy clerk said they were often closed with no explanation regardless of whether appointments were set or not.

I absolutely hate having my blood drawn, and unfortunately saw all the negative reviews while looking at google maps to find my way there well after having made the appointment. So needless to say, I was anxious about this appointment. It could not have gone better! The check in was simple withe a little kiosk, not too much later my name was called. The woman working was friendly and the draw was painless. These five stars go to Maricruz who was awesome! Thank you!

My appt at LabCorp Woodinville was canceled day of with no explanation. I came here as a walk in. I got there at noon. The woman told me they weren't accepting walk ins bc it was too busy. There was literally nobody there. I explained my situation and was still turned away. I'm going to ask my doctor to send the orders to Quest Labs, this is ridiculous.

Made an appointment weeks ago and took time off of work to get my bloodwork done but I only saw a sign that said closed today. I received no notification that there was cancelations. I should have read the reviews that would have warned me beforehand.

Fast, professional, perfect! I made an appt online for a Friday morning. I was worried they wouldn’t have a tech because of the general shortage of phlebotomists and all the poor reviews. I was pleasantly surprised, no issues whatsoever! The tech was great and easily drew my blood pain free.

The lady was rude, when I asked her kindly not to fish for my vein if she tried to. And she told me she would if she had to. (Which that hurts and I respectfully asked her not to) And during the process she ended up stabbing me a second time with the néedle because she wasn't paying attention to what she was doing and made two holes in my arm. I ended up crying and she goes I don't understand why you are in tears your veins are good. I get home and later that night I have two holes in my arm. Duh I'm in pain, I knew she didn't accurately draw my blood correctly. I don't ever want to have lab work from them again.

ZERO STARSLabcorp, you are failing your patients!!! This is an abysmal business plan.After checking the website for hours and weather or not appointments were necessary. I drove here during regular posted business hours to find that it was closed. While was trying to figure out what to do, 3 more people walked up with similar circumstances. No sign. The other staff of the Walgreens had no idea of your hours or any other information. When I called the number, it was an automated system that was not helpful at all.

Similar review of previous posts. I got a confirmation and showed up for my appointment today and NO ONE WAS THERE. No notification from LabCorp but they sent me confirmations and texts reminding me of my appointment but not that it was cancelled. LabCorp has the worst customer service and this seems to be a common sentiment for others.

Not open at 956 am and sign says closed at 12p. I would have found another location had U know , which is what I have to do anyway.

The employees apparently just don't show up a lot - I'm waiting here and it seems like this isn't the location to come to.
