Absolutely devestated with my experience at this location today, and will travel out of my way to go elsewhere in the future. That's saying a lot, too, considering I've had all my cars and other family vehicles serviced here for the past 18+ years... I advise you also find another Les Schwab nearby, if you're able!! New management here and their technicians are far too incompetent, lacking customer service, and human decency to take accountability for damaging personal property. Truly surprised they still have decent/recent star rating.Leaving this review, after my only working vehicle was returned back to me in non-operational condition during 15 minute strut repair consultation. Hindsight, I would have truly been better off never even making an appointment to get part/labor quote, because now my only working vehicle is not drivable and management would not assume any liability or help rectify the situation until I can find a loan, Scott hanging up on me when he felt done hearing my valid concerns and stress. At the very beginning of my visit, before even handing my keys over, I established the situation and identified the very specific repair quote needed for driver side strut assembly; because I needed to take that quote to a family member or bank for loan since I am unfortunately homeless/unemployed at the moment, clearly can not afford a large quote out of an already empty pocket! When I dropped my car off, my strut assembly was still protected inside the column and could be seen from under the hood, while the actual mount the assembly is secured to, needed replaced. AT SOMETIME during lift operations, their technicians failed to be diligent and attentive, and my strut assembly fell out of the position it's been driving fine on for many months, only issues were extra play and noise I was hoping to resolve.Well, when the technicians lowered my vehicle again, they did not even bother to make sure the top of strut was aligned with the column, AS IT WAS just 15 minutes prior... then proceeded to negligently let 7,000 pounds of vehicle come back down, which pinned the top end of strut on the outside of column, between the shock and absorber, this manuver effectively blew the pressure seal which helped the assembly extend into the mounting column. And now, I DO NOT have a working vehicle, in addition to my homeless and unemployed situation. SO, THANK YOU for stress and tears.I will never feel comfortable going to this location again. Scott is the assistant manager at this location now and was less than helpful/accounatable once I told him real property damage had occurred.*I want to add, the first thing I was upfront and transparent about, was only being able to afford $500-$600 MAX... yet the quote printed off was $1531.70 for symmetrical repairs all around. Typical and unnecessary greed from corporate companies. One of the old managers named Rob, was tremendously helpful and adequately competent to be working on vehicles/personal property... too bad he wasn't there today.

Les Schwab In Lynnwood gave my Jeep a lift, new tires, and wheels. They had great financing options, communicated with me every step of the way, paid attention to all the small details, and worked in a very timely manner. I’m very pleased with the work they did.

The employees at this location are angels. Well, they're kind and amazing, logical and have sense. They saved me from what the Edmonds/Shoreline location had put me through.

The customer service was great when I purchased $2800 in new tires and wheels however upon using 2 different payment options to pay in full, they had to initially refund two $500 transactions and collect one sum on one card, the first $500 charge was refunded back immediately, the 2nd one did not. They asked me to come back the next morning after my transactions posted over night in hopes the refund would have completed, for their books, they opened up a account for the $500 that was in limbo at this point, I came back the next day and still hadn’t received the refund back , it showed in their system that is was refunded. I contacted my bank for assistance and they could not see the $500 charge anywhere showing refunded or pending, after about a week, I went back into the tire shop and sat down with the accounting person and handed her my phone for her to scroll thru my transaction history, I texted screen shots to her, she reached out to another department for help, stating she understood I had not received it back but they showed it refunded … she was going to get back to me. About 2 weeks later I received a call from one of the techs asking if I wanted to take care of my bill …. He also advised me the girl I was working with was no longer with the company , I explained the situation to him and stated someone would get back to me… This charge is now on my credit report as a derogatory mark and is being disputed but they know I didn’t receive that money back and instead of contacting me like they said, they closed it out on their end and the end result was a false report that has affected my credit.

I wish I got the name of the guy who took care of my tire today. Lord knows I’ve been super frustrated the past 6 months just trying to get my tire repaired. $300 tire that I can’t afford to replace and he was able to do a phenomenal job patching it up. Oh my word, you have a customer for life for sure. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Did I mention it was a FREE patch?! IF I COULD TIP I WOULD! Bless his heart! THANK YOU LES SCHWAB!

I came in today to have my tire switched around and came up with two bad tires ready to pop. Well I don’t have a regular job at this time and I was worried. They said that they would try and still help me if I didn’t get excepted for the loan. Well I got excepted and got the tires that I needed. Thank you guys for helping me. Service was amazing

My first experience with this Les Schwab was for a flat tire, which they repaired quickly and for a fair price. I've since been in a few more times, most recently for a battery replacement. I don't know that they're the cheapest alternative, but I do value good service and I appreciate the way they interact respectfully with customers. (Not just with me, but as I watch them with other folks as I'm waiting for my car.) With some auto repair places, it feels like you take the car in for one thing and they come up with three others things that must be fixed. I've generally not found that to be the case here.
