My wife bought me a hat here but it was too small for me. I went back to exchange it but was told they were not doing exchanges or returns on the hat. It was one of the Mitchell and Ness Topps collaboration hats. All I needed was an exchange for a larger size. No where was this displayed in the store or mentioned by any of the employees at the time of purchase. How can they get away with these hidden policies? Terrible experience, will never shop here or at any Lids again.

I waited two hour to get a hat made. I came back after two hours and the person that order hats after me was getting there hat made. I asked what was going and she said that they took my hats to another vendor to see if the can do them. I will never use lid's again.

Jesus here has the best customer service. He always goes above and beyond to make sure my hats are embroidered perfectly!Best lids around here by far.

DON'T WORK FOR LIDS OR LIDS LOCKER ROOMS!!! They take advantage of hard working employees and then throw them away the second they see no value in them!! If you know your work ethic and know you're a hard worker, find a company that will actually value you!!

Standing here in front of the Alderwood mall location at 10:15am and it's still closed...hours online say it's open at 10am on Fridays. Annoying.

I have been in this place many many times the last 5 years, and the metal detector on the door has been broken. The alarm beeps whenever anyone looks at a hat near the door, and its pretty annoying. The manager yelled at customers for setting off the buzzer and i said "hey, maybe fix it? " He got upset at me and basically told me to leave.

I have had four embroidery requests, on my own custom sweatshirt and I could fill My review with lots of words about my experience but I was taught, “if you don’t have anything nice to say then don’t say anything at all.” You might ask why I kept going back, to be completely honest, the price was right and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt…My last job was refunded!!

What a disappointment. This store looks like garbage and the customer service here is nonexistent. As a former store manager of this location it’s sad to see how having such an incompetent district manager has really ruined the culture of this once amazing Lids location. When Lids is gone in a few years we won’t have to wonder why.

Their own website and google says they are opened at 10am on Saturday. I’m here at 10:30am and it’s still closed. The girl that just showed up that works here she tells me that they open at 11am. They need to update their hours on their website at least and not waste people’s time.
