I had the most amazing experience with Heidi, the manager here at the store. We were in search of some gifts for our staff, and she went out of her way to find us what we needed, and also reached out to another location to see if I can get the remaining items. She was professional, helpful, Super Joyful… Even the craziness of the holiday business. Spend along time since I’ve received this type of service, and found out she’s been managing this location for nine years. As a customer, and I’m sure equally from her staff, we feel lucky to have her, and just wanted to recognize this!

The brand attracts many people of different age groups, which affects the number of people in the store. I don't know what's so special about clothes, but even my little daughter is already into Lululemon.

The entire staff here was so nice when I came in the other day! I believe her name was Bri, was extremely helpful!!!!!!!

Can confirm what others say is true. Was never asked if I need other sizes/colors. Everyone was addressed by their name except me. I’ll make sure everyone I know does not visit this location. Will call corp.

I had a very poor experience with the manager of the store. I had brought in a defective shirt without proof of purchase. She said she could return it for me if I came back with a proof of purchase, which I spent time to find and brought back to store. She then said she could no longer return it for me because it had been too long. She failed to tell me this prior to me spending an hour of my time looking for this receipt. In the end, I ended up with a defective product that could not be returned.

I've been here several times with my girlfriend. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Returns are a snap. It is usually fairy crowded and a small store. It isn't particularly wheelchair friendly, but manageable.

DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU ARE SKINNY. I got pressured to buy clothes that did not fit right because they didn't have my size and reassured me by bulldozing over my concerns and making me feel fat for needing a bigger size.

Very unhappy with Lululemon Alderwood. Had to return 2 pairs of leggings and unfortunately one didn't have a tag because my granddaughter tore it off. However, I had the receipt. It clearly showed both items. Both were not used. They were brand new, but apparently their policy is that all items have to have the tag for hygiene reasons (that's what they said). I understand the policy, but they were so rude. Never buying another Lululemon piece of clothing again. Recommend that you don't either. You can find good leggings for a lot cheaper and better customer service.

Literally the WORST lululemon I've ever been to. Sales people were cold and unhelpful and the manager was extremely rude and passive aggressive in assisting with a return. I would never suggest going to the Lynnwood shop, go to University Village or Bellevue where they actually care about their customers.
