Worst worst customer care and racist people. We did a lot of shopping last December and went for a vacation. During shopping they told it has 90 days return policy. After return we came here to return only two items as it didn’t fit. Some how that item was under 30 days policy as it was from backstage while on bill it was written that it has 90 days return window. they did not accept return. she started judging us and told we purchased it to sale somewhere for more money and returning as we couldn’t sale it. I don’t even have words how humiliating that was. She is manner less and I don’t know how macy is giving job to such manner less people.

I had no idea this place existed but I'm so glad I found it! So I made an in-app purchase with a store pickup in Lynnwood since the downtown local is no longer. Trying to find the luggage dept was interesting but upon searching for it on the second floor I ran into this place called "Backstage." I know it sounds a little mafia-like ? and although things are scattered, kind of messy and disorganized, think..."Nordstrom level Ross" ? you can still find some great deals here for mid to high-end brand names. Who even knew this existed? After finding backstage I ended up returning the in-app purchase and ended up buying an in-store Black Friday deal on a Samsonite $400+ hardside carry-on I got for less than $200. Literally, Backstage is basically Macy's on a much smaller scale and a little bit crazier (like it's really hot mess). If you don't mind that and appreciate the savings then it's worth your visit.
