Would give a 0 if allowed! Used to be an employee in the sales department. Loved that place when it was Magic Toyota. New management is dogshit. Long story short got a Rav4hybrid we had a nail in our tire a few months ago they took care of it. We have another nail in a different tire unfortunately so my wife scheduled an appointment for today a few days ago cuz we have a baby. She took the car in today and the service advisor said "they dont patch tires" what you mean my guy. To make it worse been trying to get ahold of someone from serviece for about 45 mins to get an answer on what happened and just getting the run around. Like I said Magic Toyota was the shit. Swickward Toyota Dogshit!

I have bought a number of new cars in the past and the experience at Swickland Toyota stands out as the worst experience you can have when buying a car. It’s the nightmare you want to avoid when car buying! We confirmed the price of the RAV4 we were interested in after finding it on Swickland’s website with two separate phone conversations and with two different sales associates. After confirmation of the price, we made an appointment to go in and see the vehicle. That’s when the ordeal started. The salesperson we had an appointment with told us the vehicle was priced over five thousand dollars higher than the price we saw on the website. The salesperson insisted he couldn’t find the lower price (that we had screenshots of) on the website. He kept insisting the price we discussed was not on their website until we showed him it was and then he quickly switched to saying their website was “having problems” and was wrong. After letting him know that we would just go and buy the RAV4 elsewhere he finally adjusted the price to what we saw online. But, as the next level of deceit unfolded we saw that he had added in $1,895 in costs for max shield ($1,495) and executive shield ($400). The salesperson insisted these items had already been put on the car and therefore we had to pay for them. He even went so far as to tell us every single vehicle at Swickland was sold with these items. No vehicle drives off the lot without these “shields”. When I informed the salesperson I wouldn’t pay for those items he replied that it was only a couple thousand dollars extra! Taking another trip to a back office he said he had removed them. No, he had not! He removed the max shield and increased the price of the executive shield to $600.In disgust, we got up and headed to the door. At that point he magically whipped out a form that finally matched their website price. What a waste of time! This is a disreputable place to do business but after wasting hours there we went through with the sale.Oh - cherry on top of this horrendous experience, the salesperson insisted we give him a five star review!

Manager was really nice and kind but the salesman Alejandro was amazing. Was negotiating for a blue GR86 with Alejandro and got the price I wanted fast and without problems unlike other dealerships (Michael's Toyota of Bellevue). 11/10 would buy a car from them again!

My wife took our vehicle there for service and ended up waiting for 3 hours without any update. All attempts to get any update proved futile. I called the service manager to find out what was going on, and he promised to call me back, which he never did. I only heard from him when he created an invoice for diagnostics. My wife requested the vehicle to be returned to her since she had to pick our children from school. After giving a poor review on the survey, the service director sent an email requesting to respond to the email or call to discuss the issue. I called and left a message but got no call from him. Very bad customer service. I ended up servicing my vehicle with another repair shop. Please skip Toyota of Edmonds service if you can.

Let me tell you a story about Tim in parts. The man was extremely busy being the only person in the Dept that day. He had multiple customers waiting on him and the phones were off the hook. Took me several tries to get in touch but when I finally got through he told me that while the system wasn't showing him a part location he believed he could find it. He reached out to me a while later and told me he'd found the part. While many may think that he's just doing his job, I see it as a man who keeps his word and goes above and beyond during a time where people are giving their minimum. I stay away from dealerships due to predatory tactics and poor customer service. I buy parts online whenever possible. But knowing there are people like him still working at local dealers and shops keeps me coming back even if I have to spend a few bucks more than online. Because you get to interact with people who are down to earth and genuinely helpful.A few words to management and ownership. Better staffing. The man was slammed busy on Friday and on Saturday. Yet he was the only one there. People in line waiting to be helped and the phones ringing off the hook. Plenty of salespeople milling about doing nothing but the parts department was extremely busy. That Dept is clearly understaffed. Do better by them.

Purchased a certified car and paid it in full back in August. So many things wrong with this place, I DO NOT RECOMMEND them and would give them negative stars if I could!!! My company has a discount through them when purchasing, which they would not honor. The car has a ding which the salesman (Ziad) promised (and put in writing under "We Owe") would get it fixed w/ their service department. We were also just given one set of keys. After much going back-and-forth with their service department and sales manager (they claimed they didn't know what we were talking about despite having the "We Owe" on hand and signed off by their finance department), we were finally able to get something in the books for October. I also wanted to add that our sales guy NEVER returned any of my emails when I reached out to him about this issue. Our appointment arrived and I dropped off the car first thing in the morning fighting traffic on the way. Rachelle (their service department manager) was going to call us when our car was ready for pick-up since it would only take a few hours to fix the ding. Fyi, I had to take an Uber and pay for it out of pocket going back home so I could go back to working. The car was there all day, and it was getting close to their closing time and I had not heard anything from them. I was starting to worry because my daughter needed the car, so I decided to call them. I was told that "it's been ready." So, I asked the gentleman who answered the phone why wasn't I called by Rachelle like she had promised? His answer, "oh she's already left for the day." Well that's just great, right? My husband and I go to pick-up the car, and guess what? It's the wrong friggin' car they pull up for us to take home! "Okay", I tell the gentlemen who pulled up the car for us; they were covering for Rachelle since she had gone home. We inform both of them "this is not our car." They both start to panic and call Rachelle to find our keys which were in her office. They obviously got a hold of her because next thing we know OUR car, the right one, pulled up. My husband and I both check it out by walking around the car- okay it looks washed and all, but guess what?! The ding is still there!!! We point this out to the gentleman and I'm pretty pissed off at this point, while my husband talks to them calmly telling them nothing got fixed. We showed them the ding, they take pictures, and one of the gentlemen tells us to bring it again tomorrow (Sunday) so it can get fixed come Monday, since their dent person is out of town. I asked why we weren't told of this by Rachelle or anyone before leaving the car for the day with them. The gentleman was at a loss for answers; I get it, it's not his fault. To make the story short, my husband and I decided not to drop off the car anymore. We did get the second set of keys we were owed. We've already wasted so much time, effort, and money into dealing with this dealership. No, we will not recommend them, nor will we purchase anything from them again in the future. We'll go to another Toyota and will drive the extra mile if we have to just to avoid this place.

Came for routine service. Sat in my car for 20 minutes waiting to get checked in. Then I was allowed to go to the actual waiting area. They estimated 1-1.5 hours. I’ve been here 2.5 hours so far, and am still waiting. It seems they are either understaffed or unorganized. Meanwhile their sales staff had the audacity to bother me with a text asking to buy the car, while I’m waiting here. Giving a second star because the service staff are nice people, otherwise it’s 1/5 for me.

Terrible service experience at Swickard Toyota. I've taken my cars here for years (in the past it was called Magic Toyota) and most of the time the service has been OK. My most recent service was a bad experience and I will no be taking my cars in there any longer.Made an appointment for my Sienna Van on 9/25 @1230. For an oil change and checking the fuses. They said it would take an hour. 6 hours later, I still did not get a call so I went in. The guy told me there was no need to replace fuses and when I asked for the oil change receipt, he got defensive and said that I never requested an oil change. I verified that my original appointment definitely had a request for an oil change, and I specifically mentioned that when I checked in. Instead of just apologizing he instead blames the customer, even though the maintenance require light was on. Their own sticker was on my windshield indicating that the vehicle was well past due for an oil change as well as the fact that I specifically noted in writing as well as in person that I needed an oil change. From the customer perspective, they took 6 hours just to tell me that they did not know I needed an oil change.1/5, will be going somewhere else from now on.

WOULD GIVE ZERO IF I COULD! They've certainly lost my business for good, and I'll be sure to spread the word to anyone who will listen about the abysmal service I endured. They kept my car for a day and an half, and I got it back at 6:30 today. I'm not even sure they fixed the issues they said my car had! $1,200 all together down the drain! DID FIX ANYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD WE I CALLED! DO NOT COME HERE, TRY YOUR LUCK SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Worked with a very sweet young lady named Sylvie. She and her manager Tony worked with me and allowed me to negotiate a very reasonable price on a RAV4 Hybrid. The important thing is for the customer to walk away feeling like you got a good deal and we accomplished that. ?

They are so busy and behind that they don’t have time to actually listen and they also miscommunicate among themselves. After waiting 2 hrs 30 mins, I learned that they had fixed something that was not broken and had ignored the problem I came in for. So I had to wait another hour. Also on another subject, the wait time for an oil change is twice as long as they say.If you need something done right there, ask for Tyler. He’s competent and he’s also friendly.

Katelyn and Paul were incredibly helpful with my purchase of a used car last month. Katelyn not only went out of her way to answer all my questions, but she kept open her schedule for test drives and coordinated between various employees to get the sale through. I appreciate the efficiency, timeliness, and hospitable customer service! Definitely top tier service and would recommend.Thank you again !

We recently bought a new car with Swickard Toyota. We worked with Sylvie, and entire buying process was smooth and quick. We got a good amount of information about the car and it's features from Sylvie, which actually convinced us to buy the car, when there actually were plenty other options available. The buying process was pretty quick was well, and Sylvie and the rest of the staff at Swickard made sure we had our keys and the entire process done in no time. I would absolutely recommend buying from Swickard.
