Lived here back in 2021. Our shower leaked into the apartment below. Took them a month and a half to fully fix (semi-understandable. COVID supply chain issues) But then the hired contractors spread drywall dust throughout our entire bathroom, closet, and into our bedroom and left the less for us. We had to wash all our the clothes in the closet. No help from management.

Maintenance is amazing only thing is the sauna has not been open since I moved it but they have been quick at fixing issues in the apartment. staff said they would call to update. It took two days and I had to call. The gym could use more weights and a stair-master pool is out do to a pump issue

Welp. So I had a horrible experience living here and moved out after a less than year.TWO AND A HALF YEARS later (today) I receive a letter from *collections* that I owe them 700 dollars. I checked that payment portal for *2 months* making sure I didn’t miss something and moved on.Never an email. Never a call- just slapped me with a collections notice and I really truly do not even know what it is for. I’m so upset because I have never missed a payment anywhere and am so obsessive about my credit. I would have happily paid had I known I missed something.Very poor management. Please don’t do this to people. This is their livelihoods. Horrible.Called them and they had nothing at ALL to offer for explanations or an apology. Straight trash. I guess Monday I’m going to have to call collections and figure this out. Scam.EDIT: I called collections and they said it was a FIVE HUNDRED dollar cleaning fee? I lived alone with no pets and for less than a year and am a neat freak and broke nothing but okay.Again- don’t live here.Edit to new management: so you bought this complex and didn’t do a data transfer to new systems? What if there were open complaints or other fraudulent activity? I don’t understand this not being kept track of- especially since collections was involved. That’s where some of your finances are..

Under new management - expect to see ratings plummet.Previously, rent was due between the 1st and 5th of the month, and they posted rent weeks in advance. Under new management, they don’t post your rent until the very first of the month. Now, they’ve instated a policy in which they report any payment made after the first as a late payment to credit bureaus. I doubt they’ll start posting rent any earlier, so I’m dreading the day I’ll have 24 hours to pay rent or get my credit slashed.

When I moved in last year (May 2021), the complex was run by a great team who made everything so easy. They got bought by a new management company called Essex, and they are much harder to reach.Their maintenance portal still isn't working online (it's been 3 or 4 months) and I could not get ahold of any emergency maintenance when my front door lock snapped while trying to get inside at night in the snow.Edit: There is a new login system for maintenance requests that does not use the same info as the tenant portal like the previous company's did. Their system does work, but it would have been nice to know this and have an account set up prior to needing it. My review was made in "crisis mode" and I may have been too harsh. Added 2 stars back.Edit 2: Rochelle and Eric were extremely quick to respond once I had used the new system to submit a request. Issue was fixed within a couple hours. Kudos to those two!Edit 3: I was just informed that my monthly rent is going up a minimum of 24% even though our unit is not being remodeled and they have the gall to list new remodeled units for $200/month lower than my quoted renewal online. This place is ridiculous, back to 1 star.Edit 4: 9/22/22 The small play structure has been removed and now it's a dirt pit where the feral cats get it on and the teens smoke pot. Dumpsters are always beyond capacity and recycle bins at the upper trash area were removed for some reason? Also, the leasing office is closed indefinitely and there are no staff on location anymore. All apartment locks used to have physical keys, but now they are electronic keypads that beep hella loud and can be unlocked remotely. Sketchy and annoying!Edit 4: 11/8/22 They sent a complex-wide letter saying they're eliminating the grace period for rent payments and reporting any payments not made on the 1st of the month to credit monitoring agencies. The letter states it is a "benefit" lmao.

I just move to this apartment and so far the experience is not been pleasant, the apartment is definitely poorly constructed, since it sometimes feels like the upstairs apartment people are literally working in my apartment, I can hear phone vibrations, I can hear water draining through the toilets when flushed etc. And worst of all I have not have a good experience with the front desk lady she’s not nice to me at all.

Biggest problem here? Parking.. not only do you only get one parking spot but anyone can park in your spot at any time.. better yet if you tell management about it they'll laugh it off until whoever was parked there moves their vehicle.. so you'll be looking to park on the street often.. if that's your thing? Go for it if not this is not good.. not at all.

when I moved in, I thought it was nice close to shopping locations, and schools. The girls in the office especially lindsay promoted a down to earth, community environment which sold me. maitenence are respectful, and chill, playground could use work though.

Jeremy - the local maintenance is a SUPER good guy. He solo-hefted a full size water heater and hooked it up like it was nothing. People trashing the maintenance here havent met Jeremy.Kenya - the new property manager is awesome when she can be. When our roommate's car was unexpectedly towed, she credited us, when there was an issue with resigning, we were told immediately. She even wants us to call her after hours if we need.Never has someone seen my google review and spoken to me about it. Pure responsibility. The gym is STUFFED.with equipment. There's two rooms now dedicated to the gym.Even Free weights.But.They raise the cost of utilities every month. Their excuse is that Water/Sewer/Garbage costs go up during holiday season. That makes no senseSeems the 3-bedrooms are noisier or less-well built than the 1 bedrooms. Parking in the back is great, and in the front it just doesn't exist. In the center of the complex, there's 4 spots for 8 buildings that are not Premium parking. There used to be 7 spots but recently they were changed to handicapped only.
