Will is stellar. He listened to all of our many, many needs and weighed every option to make sure that we walked away with the best outcome. This outlet has a lot of selection and decent prices but truly the customer experience is what puts it over the top. I never felt pressured or like the sale was the most important thing, and Will provided transparency throughout the process that was wildly refreshing. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quality mattress, a fair price, and genuine interaction.

Will was super helpful! Very knowledgeable, no sales pressure, and helped us make an informed decision on the best mattress to fit a back sleeper and side sleeper with very different preferences. Great experience, and we're very happy with the mattress, sheets, and mattress cover that we got.

Will gave us great information, didn't rush us, no pressure to sell, and gave us a great deal. Got sheets, cover, mattress, and they were able to deliver the next day (maybe not possible all the time, but Will made it work). Really a great experience!

Went in early on a Monday, just as they opened. My wife and myself were greeted immediately by a nice gentleman named Will. He was helpful and knowledgeable! He wasn't pushy for sales and extras, which was nice. He was a real people person which led us to purchase our matress! Great Job!

Low pressure, informative, and fair pricing. The owner helped me - he founded Mattress Depot a few decades ago, and clearly knows his stuff! We are very happy with our mattress. They deliver for free, and have a good exchange policy. They threw in a waterproof mattress protector for free, which I assume is to make sure if you choose to exchange your mattress, it will be in good shape.

Will at Lynnwood Mattress Depot Outlet is the gold standard in customer service. I came in with my own ideas of what I needed and Will made sure to give me all the expert advise to make sure I was making an informed decision. What an amazing experience. This is my 2nd mattress purchase from this store. Not only are my mattresses absolutely wonderful but the outstanding customer service that I've received from Will Green has been superb! He helped me find the right size mattress and spoke in a manner that I could understand clearly. I'm not a young spring-chicken any longer and having someone take the time with me so I could understand was so very appreciated. He said he would do his best to have it delivered earlier then planned and he did just that! To my delight, it was delivered and assembled early. Keep in mind - this was ALL handled over the phone! Will was a perfect, respectful gentleman and is a keeper for sure! Thank you.
