lived here for 3 years. topic of rent first, then living condition, parking, communication with management. 2020 1700 (2b 2ba 1100sqft -i think lil bigger) (late fee 75 bucks) Extra fees added to 18-1900 depending on pets but they charge for water/ extra garbage like idiots dropping off sofas (they charge everyone who lives here extra btw) I did the math one time because avg garb cost was $13 but went to 40 sometimes which means they got over 5-7grand to do a dump removal. Ive worked for a moving company and we did dump runs way bigger than just one little uhaul and they definitely profit or get screwed over. then went up 100-150 each year after up until 2023 were it was 2100. Apartment is getting 1/2 remodel and I wont be there to see it but its 90s style in most places, except for bathrooms and kitchen now(idk about appliances but they work fine anyways) all of my outlets were stretch out because 90% wouldn't hold a plug like I had 3-4 outlets in my whole apt that could hold top and bottom if I was lucky. My car and my roomates car's were both broken into, mine was parked inside of the lot and his was on the street close. I was able to get my stuff back 2 years later but his was lost. So many car break ins on the street DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES, even chargers lol. water heated up great, balcony was nice and roomy, window's didn't fog up THANKFULLY! When I first moved in it was a mess, I took multiple videos of under cabinets, the walls and the bathroom fans(colored dust....) I didn't make a deal because I didn't want to put in a work order and make their really nice maintenance people worry about it (they are great!) Parking is sh*t like 1 spot per apt, 50bucks i think for covered spot/100 for garage. Then I always had some dip stick park in my spot constantly. Street parking OH MY GOD, Do yoo like tickets??? well guess what you are gonna have a stack if you work late and dont find a spot thats within half a mile.... firelanes on the street cover 40%(may be generous)of the spots and motorcycle cops stop by most mornings even as early as 5am lmfao, usually around 6-7 am though. so move your car if you have to park there(30 bucks a piece and do not forget to pay them!) Almost every time I had a question management was on top of it and Kaylee was so much help always, she deserves at least 4.5 stars. All of my encounters were great with them. I was nice most of the time and they were back to me everytime. In all it was decent but my car was broken into and the late fees were too expensive as rent was jacked every year (I was paying most or all of rent by myself because my other 'partner' was not)

Maintenance is the only reason we lived here as long as we did.Where do I begin? The giant hole in the bathroom wall when we first moved in or the neighbors vomiting all over the stairs and screaming bloody murder throughout the night? Or maybe the squirrels scratching at your ceiling and Martha accuses you of lying? What about the email responding to my feedback addressed to a completely different resident?

Update: 2 years, its been a pretty good place to stay. Fairly quite neighborhood, but plenty of vehicles break-ins each week, auto insurance increases in this area, and eventually this place will be like every other joint...competing for highest price. But it's a nice place, cant complain.. Doing all these renovation of course to raise the rent. Lived at worse places, but it went from 5 to 3 stars. Still worth a shot. I'll probably stay

Do not live here if cigarette smoke bothers you. I have lived in Woodcreek for the past year and since I moved in I have been in communication with the leasing office about the smoke smell countless times. All they have done is "warn" the tenant about the smoke smell. It is in the lease that smoking is prohibited and yet they do not do anything other than provide a warning. My neighbors smoke and I can smell it outside on my balcony, it travels through open windows and lingers in my apartment. I can smell it in the bathroom and inside the bathroom cabinets. The leasing office has essentially said it is my word against my neighbor and they would need to come into my apartment and smell the smoke. I let them know they can come in at any time but they never did. They also said in order for them to issue a fine they would have to provide my apartment number in the fine, stating I was the reason for this violation. I did not feel comfortable doing so since I live there and the employees of the leasing office do not. This person can easily key my car or make my living there even more uncomfortable. Many people smoke in the complex and recently the leasing office sent an email addressing it, advising tenants to smoke along the sidewalk but tenants continue to smoke in their apartment. I contacted them once again about the smoke smell and have not received a follow up.

While maintenance issues now get solved quicker than when we first moved in back in 2019, the newest set of office staff are incredibly rude and dismissive of issues. This involves anything from being harassed by other tenants(multiple unwanted intimate advances) to noise complaints (music so loud the walls vibrate past midnight) to vendor issues and miscommunication causing property damage. We reached out once a week for 7 weeks about an issue and kept being told that we would hear back by end of day about a solution but when following up were met with 'oh we forgot' and 'two people calling about the same issue made things too confusing so we didn't call back'.Policies about air-conditioners and patio grills regularly change (Summer of 2022 we received notice that no one was allowed to have in window air conditioners at the peak of the summer heat, while in 2023 it was changed to first floor units were allowed to have them. Patio grills were allowed if propane and not charcoal until this year and were originally granted allowance if tenants could show proof of them being allowed in the first rental agreement and now have been completely forbidden.Oh and if you need the leasing staff for anything between the start of snow season(for example it's a little icy, there's a few snow flurries) you're screwed since the office is closed way more than it's open during the season.

For the most part this place is good. Staff is good and maintenance team are really quick to fix any issues. Unfortunatly, parking is extremely limited with no guest parking options(nothing can really be changed to improve it…. just a fact) and the hot tub has been broken since I moved in over a year and a half ago. It was part of the reason I chose to live here and was told “it will be fixed soon” when i moved in.

As an industrial technician myself, I am proud of the professionalism and the skill sets the maintenance personnel at Woodcreek Apartments possess. I had three tickets in and the maintenance guys showed up the next day and got them solved in less than thirty minutes. That was quite outstanding and deserved to appreciate.

So far I love the apartments, the reason for the 8 out of 10 reviews is mainly for the outdated appliances that the apartment has. I've had to call maintenance here twice to attempt to solve the issue with the burners of the stove, as a person who enjoys cooking it gets frustrating when it suddenly decides to stop working, overheats on a low setting, or sparks randomly. The fact that it is a stove from 1997 might also be a reason, but who knows I'm not an expert on these things.

Richard who works on the maintenance team for Woodcreek always solves my problems and needs in the fastest and most efficient way, Richard is always friendly. I also want to mention the manager Clohey and Kylee who are always willing to help and find a solution. And last but not least, I want to tell the owner of the apartments that they need urgent remodeling. Since for the same reason that the units are not so new, you must be careful about using many things at the same time. For example, so that you can understand me, you cannot use the kettle with the microwave in the same area in the kitchen and at the same time, since produces a power outage, or the floors creak sound more than normal in some cases so extreme where you feel that your neighbor on the third floor is walking on your head, (anytime) and I comment because it happened to me and because of this same situation with the help of the team they were able to transfer us to the new unit. but i was lucky to be transferred

I like the management and maintenance team, they are usually very prompt at fixing stuff. But my gas fireplace started malfunctioning during peak of winter here - that too because an existing crack on the glass panel when I moved in - and they informed it will take more than 10 weeks to replace it. That’s not at all acceptable. Other than this instance the experience have been positive

Bad experienceI heard every day noises when my top floor neighbor walk, it’s more bad in night time every night when my neighbors walk I hear cracking and steps sounds its always distub my sleep I don’t know it’s bad building construction or its old or maybe they need to renovations, i work in early morning shifts but every night i use sleeping earplugs for sleep,I talk to manager about this she said she is going to do something about this but i am still waiting for Help and YES one more thing if you have reserved parking make sure with manager that they send your parking reservation letter to the tow company because if they don’t send that letter to towing guys they are not going to tow any car from your reserve parking, i park two times my truck on streets because towing company say no to tow any car from my parking without manager permission.i feel like i made mistake to sign lease…

As soon as we walked in to the leasing office, we were warmly welcomed. Kaylee did an amazing job hearing us and providing great information while working with us to find a perfect unit that would fit our needs. Kaylee was friendly, knowledgeable, and absolutely helpful. Which led us to find a perfect unit at wood creek.
