By far the best service I have received at any cell phone store! These women are on top of things and know how to treat their customers. I highly recommend Metro by T Mobile at 180th and Hwy 99.

Not very helpful. I bought my phone here and the service was so bad I said I'd never go back. I had a issue with my phone and went back and the guy in their had no idea what I was asking him. His answer "I don't know. Maybe not" and it totally smelled badly like his lunch or something. Gross!

If I could give them one star I would I have use metro a year ago had app everything went great I went yesterday because I had apply for acp they are not supposed to charge for activation but they did my benefit don’t even went threw and they charge me for insurance with out even asking me worst service ever

I went store in the morning at this store and try to transfer from other carrier, but the young girl looked like not happy at all , gave me hard time , this store has very bad service. I never comeback this store again unless employee knows how to do their job , and happy serving customer. I will call store manager and complain more

The unwillingness to help, the unapproachable body language and face expression are enough reasons to never visit this store even if it is the closest and most convenient. maybe I don’t expect T-Mobile customer service but some courteousness and kindness would go a long way. If your employees aren’t happy and transmitting that maybe it’s time to look for a new team.

The customer service was so calloused and rude when I was having issues with a phone they sold me that I'm at the T-mobile store right now switching carriers. Eff this company, they don't deserve my money. I'd rather pay a little more at a company that at least pretends to care.

I went to this place to add more lines to my family on Aug 09 around 4:00 PM, 2022.There are two ladies there. They were laughing at the back of another customer who was looking at some items. That is so mean. Then I asked the shorter lady a question about a new phone plan, and she acted smart and laughed at me. That was rude and ill. She/the shorter lady didn't say sorry for her ill behavior so I left the store.I will never use that store again and sign off my current service with metro.
