Highly recommend this store because the reps SAM AND FAISAL always helps me. They never said NO to me.
The other day I went there because my Facebook was not working they helped me get my account back and anytime I have any problems with the phone they are always there for me. Very hard working people

Super bad service, I went today to activate my iPad and the guy who was serving told me that it couldn't be activated unless I had bought it there, I had to go to another branch and it was possible! They don't want to work ?

Lynnwood location: The hispanic girl their refused to even answer my question, interrupting me & said she wouldn't help me till she was done helping the other customer they were looking at other phones. That's done, but she could say it nicely. She seemed nice to the other customers that were hispanic.
I like the other locations they're really nice, no matter what race you are.
This location the girl had an a rude smirk on her face & an attitude even when she did help me. She acted very rushed. They need another person here, so their more relaxed, at the very least be friendly.
I don't like that they don't have many upgrade phones anymore, that's 1 of the main things I liked about Metro..
