Overall terrible experience for something that should you'd think should have been quick and painless. With no other shoppers in the store and 3 employees behind the counter and not a single acknowledgement or simple "hi, we'll be right with you". I was just ignored until someone finally made eye-contact, even then he seemed annoyed that I was even there. Then just flat-out refused to lift a finger to start a return for an online purchase (still within the return window), even though their website clearly states:"Participating NAPA Stores can also process returns and exchanges of NAPA Online ship-to-home purchases. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) is not required for in-store returns."I used to try and go out of my way to shop at NAPA, but not anymore. Thankfully, it was just a ~$16 gasket, and not a larger purchase.

Update:I was contacted and was helped by the general manager from Renton. He was very prompt to resolve my issues, coming to a resolution that was appropriate making sure I got my Battery replaced. Although my issue is resolved to my satisfaction and was handled appropriately, The Manager at the New Seattle store needs to get a new job! She had no level of understanding, She severely lacked customer service skills, and her unwillingness to address issues simply prove she should not be in a manager position. By far she was the most unprofessional person with a manager title I've ever dealt with. The upper management was professional and thank you!Manager Refused to Honor a 2-year warranty on a battery I purchased. I Went to the Lynnwood store that confirmed battery was No good ordering me a new one to arrive the next day. After waiting to receive a call from them that the battery has arrived it reached one hour before closing and I had to contact them just to be told the battery never arrived and that the New Seattle store would have my battery and to go there to pick it up. Go to a different city just to be told I'm shit out of luck and to purchase a new battery All because they didn't have a battery tester. The manager said since they couldn't test my battery they couldn't honor the warranty. After explaining what happened and was told by a different location the manager said I'll have to buy a new one and there's nothing she could do. I don't know why they think I Should pay the consequences because they don't have a battery tester. Being told to buy a new battery and that they couldn't do anything else. I went home with a bad battery that I've only owned for a few months. couldn't get to work the next day. I have been a loyal customer for 15 years and I can confidently say I will Never purchase from NAPA Again!

Super rude associate on the phone. I was asking sbout windshield wipers for my car. He looked it up and said there were four different sizes. He didn't know which ones I would need and no they wouldn't help me install them. Well guess what...right down the road Oreillys told me there was only one size for my car and he put them in under 3 minutes. Customer service at its finest. Sorry, Napa.

Ken was amazing! He helped us to get rotors for two cars and explained what to pay attention to when purchasing rotors. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend
