They are kind, caring and compassionate.
They helped with all arrangements including picking up the deceased. Didn't try to upsale at all when prearranged, nor when meeting after the passing.

The entire experience was very thoughtful and respectful with the fact we lost a Wife, Mom, and Nona. Mia was very informative and cordial. She made us feel welcomed and comfortable with the procedure and outlined everything we to do with the upmost respect and compassion.
I too will be making my arrangements with Neptune.
