This appears to be a second account NPP created to get away from all of the terrible reviews they received previously. This, alone, should tell you all you need to know about how scummy this company is, but there is a lot of helpful info in some of the reviews associated with their other account if you're looking for details. Whether you're a homeowner or tenant, I would highly recommend looking for your property management needs. By far the worst experience I've ever had with a property management company. Karen Denning (our primary POC) is particularly incompetent and lacks any discernable integrity.

We worked with 2 agents from North Pacific Properties (husband and wife). They worked really together. They helped us buy a property and sell our previous one. They helped us get the house ready too. Thanks guys!

I have worked with Sherri Lino for several years and have had excellent service. The level of professionalism was appreciated and we couldn't be happier. We have done multiple transactions and have always been more than satisfied. Looking forward to working with Sherri in the future.

We've bought and sold a couple houses and land. Top notch each time and never had an issue. Even when some things got really complicated.

My broker helped me sell my home very quickly and then she helped me buy my new place and coordinated both closings so I could leave my old place and move into my new place the same day. It was the easiest move I've ever experienced!

I have worked with a few purchase agents @ North Pacific Properties on several occasions. They have always been strong advocates for their buyers, are great negotiators, and treat the whole team with respect and professionalism. Their experience in this market is very apparent, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them. If you want a solid home buying experience, you won't be disappointed!

To whomever reads this post, I live next door to one of they're rental properties in Everett Wa. I have messaged & called then from they're website multiple times. I have not received a single response. A very large and old cherry tree is in the front yard of the rental duplex.1/2 of the tree overhangs into my back yard. The tree is diseased rotting and constantly drops very large branches & limbs into my yard, I have had to dodge falling limbs myself. Recently a branch almost 2" in diameter & over 6' in length fell, hitting one of my dogs. We had to take him in to the vet. It resulted in soft tissue damage. He couldn't use his front left leg for 3 days. I know they got the messages because we now have guys cutting trees down in the rental properties back yard, but still no response from the company. No offer to pay for Tuckers vet bill,no email, no call. I am disgusted with the lack of professionalism this company projects.my next set of calls will be to the city code ordinance and to my lawyer.

I can't even begin to express how horrible our experience was with this company and our property manger Marilyn F. She was kind and thoughtful at the interview but after we signed she turned very nasty, would not even tell us who she rented our 4300sqft 2M dollar home too. Of course we found out eventually when they signed the lease. A father, grandma and son leased our home with 5 beds. For some reason Marilyn did not require the wife to sign. From day 1 these tenants were a night mare, complaining about everything and anything. They took our refrigerator apart trying to repair a drawer and then demanded a new refrigerator which we ordered plus a new dishwasher install. My husband and I are reasonable people. We worked very hard being out of state to accommodate our tenants but they took full advantage of us and Marilyn allowed it. She basically would forward emails & when we spoke over the phone her tone and attitude beyond rude. We hired her in July, fast forward to December when the family moved there adult daughter, granddaughter and son in law into the home with their dog. Mind you 1 dog only on the lease & 2 already in the home because grandma had 1 too also not in the lease. Now there are 3 dogs and 7 people living and altering our home when 3 are legally on the lease. These tenants took down light fixtures, added locks, removed attached doors destroyed carpet with staining and pet urine. They refused to ever let us or anyone inside refused and slammed doors in my husbands face. A complete nightmare! But here is the best part... Marilyn & NPP fired us midway through the lease because she could not tolerate the wife who is not on the lease. She also blamed us the owners who are paying her to manage the property for being pushy and wanting to know what the heck was happening in our home. Neighbors complained to us so we knew there were issues but she refused to inquire about additional squatters in our home. She was negligent when I asked about a six month walk through, blamed covid and had not been in our home since leased in July. The tenants having moved in their entire family had so much crap filled in all three garage bays you could barely walk into the area which developed a mold issue. A complete night mare!! But here is the best part, the wife wasn't on the lease because she was a charged FELON has a record and went to jail for swindling elderly clients. None of this disclosed to us, she was not vetted and a total unreasonable person living illegally in our home. The tenants left in June without paying the last months rent and leaving us with $2500 in damages. I am glad they are out and we will never use a property manager again. It was a huge WASTE of time and money. Run from this company.

Not engaged, use of bots. On-line screening that is too simplistic & black/white ( doesn't take into account all sources of income or long term mortgage history - i.e. I have no rental history because I had a mortgage for 20 years!) Automated and distant - concerns for availability in an emergency. Probably best to move on

I was referred to Lori Bannister by a friend for property management services. Lori has been great! She was open and transparent about the entire process of renting one of my rental units. She was able to guide me from start to finish of listing the unit and getting a great rental market rate for my place. She would provide me a list of items to complete and would give me plenty of time to look over documents and ask questions. I wouldn't hesitate recommending her! She's great. I'll continue working with her.

Inquired about a property and Marylyn Favish called. She startec off pleasant then asked who would be residing in the property. I answered that my fiancé and I would be the only ones living there along with our service animal. First she continued to refer to my fiancé as she and after corrected the third time began referring to him as my "friend" like we are in the 1960's or something. She asked what type of service animal I said a dog, she then said, " no what type of service" I told her she could not legally ask that. She then called my fiancé her again and I corrected her, she said oh I mean friend. Then said she is not sure the owner would allow a dog. I stopped her and explained the law of the Americans with disabilities act. She got mad said she knows the law, and hung up. I called the person listed as a supervisor on the company website and have yet to hear back. If this is the type of discrimination that this company endorses I won't be doing business with them and don't advise anyone to do business with them. ** please note that I explained that while my fiancé's credit was extremely high mine did have one credit company that would be shy of the stated requirement. This could have been a perfectly legal way to discourage us to apply, yet she obviously had bias of either/and LGBTQ and disability.

Justin has been by far the nicest and most hardworking agent that I have worked with. He's responses towards all my concerns over the property I was looking to acquire were answered very rapidly and with very knowledgeable information.

This was our first time working with North Pacific Properties. Our agent was John Simmons and we are so thankful for him! He helped us look for our forever home as we had relocated back. He was very patient with us as we had a list of homes we wanted to see. We knew it was going to be tricky because of Covid but John seamlessly made appointments for us to see the houses using proper precautions. He was quick to answer any questions we had through text and phone call throughout the entire process. If you're looking for a professional, personable, knowledgeable, funny, reliable, honest, and detail oriented real estate agent - look no further. John is your guy @ NPP for your real estate needs!!
