We are very pleased with Paws,we donated a large amount of frozen dog food that our dog didn't like to Paws and they filled out a donation invoice that we emailed to the dog food vendor and they're reimbursing our account for the dollar amount that we paid, also Ollie Pet Food was wonderful with the reimbursement.,the Ollie food was all natural and smelled so good but our little dog is very picky and wouldn't eat it.

The lady we talked to was very informative about cats. I have learned about the behavior of which "age" is the right one for my cat. I highly recommend this place!

They do a good job of profiling animals and placing them with a good fit for owner and animal. When available, they may have the animal's history, which is also helpful

I donated some blankets. I wish I could adopt every beautiful baby here! Since I can't, I will continue to support animals however I can!

This shelter is super friendly and has a great balance of freedom and staff care that allows for the casual browsing of potential new family members while the animals' safety and comfort is supported by staff. They do a wide range of work with a loving hand. The facilities were comfortable inside and set on a gorgeous piece of land that can be especially useful in visualizing how a future dog may act on walks, in an enclosed yard, and with other animals, while the cat room similarly can showcase the personality of cats in their care. I definitely recommend even if you just want to see what kinds of future pets may be waiting for you!

Most part the staff was helpful except one Karen. Brought in 3 abandoned kittens from the apartment complex I work at in south everett, tried getting ahold of the Everett animal shelter for hours with no luck so brought them here. Had no idea it had to be the Everett animal shelter they went too due to jurisdiction was just trying to get the kittens to a place where they could be cared for. I was on the phone with my property manager explaining they couldn't take them my manger had a "sharp" attitude saying we would put them back in the apartment with the supplies that paws was going to give us for the night and deal with it tomorrow. None of us can take the kittens home as we all have dogs that aren't cat friendly. Well the state of the apartment isn't clean in any way shape or form and I explained that so they said just this one time we'll take the kittens. While three of the ladies were helpful one other decided to come out and show off her attitude. So I asked is there an attitude and she went off saying she's doing me a favor by taking them and how we just gave her more work to do with 3 sick looking kittens... excuse me but isn't that what your here for? To help animals! If she looks at this as a favor to me - which cats aren't even mine to begin with- it's a favor to the cats for helping save their lives! And you come to work to help animals so yes you got more work. Horrible human being and hope the kittens were safe left here under her care! She got the contact information of the lady who abandoned them so she can call her and let her know she left more work for her to do! But of course take it out on the people who were just trying to help. Wont come back here. Even helped my exes mom adopt a dog from here, get the lady some customer service training.

I know there are rules when it comes to this stuff but long story short I found a dog in lynnwood because I found the dog in Lynnwood they would not take him. I don’t have a car yet they wanted me to somehow magically take this dog to Everett, which really isn’t even Everett. It’s more marysville. They would rather him sit outside in a kennel (that they offered me) than take in this dog that clearly got a banded. I thought the entire point of a so called no kill shelter was to help lost or abandon animals and help them find homes.

Surrender a puppy of our last liter. So kind. Rehomed immediately. Such a blessing.

Paws staff was great! We adopted our 2nd dog from there. They have been a consistent pet advocate in Snohomish County for so long, it is great to be able to support them

We adopted our first Golden Retriever from them in 1986. We had her for 13 years (1999). Starting December 1999, we make a food donation there every Christmas to say 'Thank You' for the wonderful memories we will always cherish.

Took a look at the cats. Thought they were taken care of very well. When we get ready to adopt, we'll be coming there.
