Have now been without sleep apnea supplies for 3 weeks. Very unhappy that Virginia Mason forced them on me. Will be going elsewhere.

Deplorable customer service. Every time I try to call them, I get the complete runaround. By the time I’ve talked to the fourth person, I still have not had my issues addressed. But what should I expect when there’s no other option because this is the medical supply company where my doctor prescribed my CPAP machine. If your medical provider prescribes anything from this company, beg them to refer you somewhere else.

I’m happy with my mask fitting at Lynnwood location. Aylin was very helpful and professional, and was able to help me find a mask that I’m much happier with. I appreciate the well organized re-supply and support that requires very little effort on my part.

Aylin Souza was very helpful in getting us set up and started with our C-PAP. She said we should call her whenever we had a question.I have called several times in the last few days and have been put on hold for 20 to 40 minutes each time. I've asked for call backs and was disconnected when the call back finally came. This lack of service is very frustrating. I can imagine a surge in calls once in a while, but this seems to be consistent.

Since my last review, I have had nothing but good experiences with PHM. I've had to call regarding a couple of issues, including a water leak with my CPAP device. The representative, Randi, was very helpful in troubleshooting possible reasons for the leak and suggested solutions, giving me plenty of information and options. We decided that a visit to a nearby office to have a clinician troubleshoot the device was the best and she set up an appointment for me. This is what customer service should be like!

This is the 2nd time, I am writing about this company. They always charge different amount than whatever they say. I have a bill it shows $486 for the equipment that i bought . But automated systems charged me $577. Called 3 times but could not resolve the issue.

I came in to exchange masks and get advice after my first two weeks of PAP therapy. Aylin was helpful and attentive and helped me find a mask that was a much better fit for my needs. I am so pleased after just one night on the new mask!

Clinical sleep equipment specialist Aylin Souza is consistently very helpful -- thank you! On the other hand, the tech delivering oxygen was due before 3 pm; left a message 2 hours later saying he would arrive between 8-10 pm; when I repeatedly called back to say that would not work, his msg said "this phone is not set up to accept messages,"; then when I told him this when he arrived at 8:15, he said dismissively, "Well, you should have texted."Even if this was their busiest delivery day, there is no excuse for this absence of courtesy and professionalism.
