First time customer here and they immediately made me feel at home. The staff is wonderful and they were very thorough with their inspection. They kept me informed of what really needed to be done and they also gave me their insight on what they recommended do get done in the near future which I really respected. The simple fact that they did that really helped me trust them and gave me the confidence I needed to know I wasn’t going to be over charged and/or charged for something I didn’t necessarily need. Respect. I will, no doubt, be coming back here to have my car regularly serviced and for any other needed repairs.

I have a 2011 BMW 328i just have valve cover replaced. BMW service quoted me $4100 Mike save me $2000. They always take great care of my cars and save me a ton of money. I’m so grateful to have performance motors in my community. If you drive European and need a good mechanic you can trust these are your guys! Thanks again.

I needed to have my Mercedes serviced and I didn’t want to pay the high price that a dealer would charge me.
I did some research on the internet and after reading up on several companies, I decided to try Performance Motors in Lynnwood. From the first phone call with Mike and the final pickup of my Mercedes, I was glad I chose this company. Mike is a great communicator and always kept me in the loop. E writhing was done correctly and the price he originally quoted me was the end price that I paid.
After seeing the wide range of makes and models in his service parking lot, I could tell that other customers felt the same way I did and trusted their higher end cars to have the service work done at Performance Motors too.

Wow, it warms my heart places such as these exist in the world still. I had gotten an insane and comes to find out inaccurate diagnostic from Seattle Volvo Service department, I went on a great internet search to find a place to get a second quote. I called about 10 places and immediately knew this was the place. I was so right! They diagnosed my car which came to the actual problem and they were so kind/straightfoward. They walked me over to another car to explain the problem. This shop should be proud to be in service.
