Completely unorganized, underpay by a huge margin, and have no clue what to tell you to have for paperwork. I had a car that I wanted towed away. Wasted time on the phone describing it and got an offer of $75. I needed the space so I agreed. This is the fun part. These guys use some other service that will call you from an 800 number with no official name associated on caller ID and if you dont answer, they just leave a message saying because you didnt answer a clearly potential spam phone call, they wont be coming. So, you get to go through the whole procedure again. Went through this three times. Initially, I was told that a release of interest will suffice for paperwork. When I first talked to the tow truck driver who DIDNT call from an 800 number, he stated that wasnt good enough and I needed a title. So, instead of sitting around the phone hoping to answer any plethora of random 800 numbers, I drove there with the title. Nope, not good enough. Needed MORE paperwork. I wont get into how rude the girl at the window was, but every exchange I had with her was unpleasant. zero customer service.
Now, what I do advise, is use literally any online website that offers to buy used cars. Picknpull offered me $75. I sold it for $170 to a different company that actually KNEW what papers were needed, were friendly, called from a legitimate number, etc. Ive sold a few cars to picknpull over the years. I wont be selling another one to them. Ever.

Unprofessional and Dishonest
I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at Pick-n-Pull. The staff clearly have zero training, and their customer service absolutely sucks. I told them I no longer wanted to do business and wanted my car back, but they refused and said they already had the title — basically robbing me in broad daylight.
The store manager,Jay seastone, was extremely unprofessional, rude, and showed discriminatory behavior. It’s shocking that someone like that is allowed to Area manage. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do business here unless you want to be disrespected and taken advantage of.
Stay far away from this location.

I called about a wheel they said it was there and I’d need to bring a lug wrench. I drove 45 minutes and they charge you $3 before you can walk in their yard. The car didn’t have any wheels left on it and hardly anything left to it at all. I asked for my $3 back and they said they don’t give refunds.

I frequently visit the Pick-n-Pulls for used parts to keep our fleet of cars running. The prices are good and the staff is great.

Cleanest junkyard I've ever been to. Maybe even the best. Staff is great, unless you have horrid social skills.
Customers, on the other hand, rip apart cars like backyard mechanics. So, look at their site/inventory and go early when a vehicle arrives. Have seen bumpers torn apart because some knucklehead would rather rip off a mud guard instead of unscrewing three screws...

As a total one-off customer, I thought it was a good experience. Didn't know what to expect going in but staff was helpful and pleasant. Love that the website has the inventory the way it goes.
Got what we needed to fix our 2011 Hyundai Elantra, thank you.
I also tried to call first like a few other people mentioned. They didn't answer the phone. I don't know my job is the same. We don't really answer the phone that well. it's a golf course and we get a million phone calls with people asking extremely detailed questions and you have customer in your face actually paying. I think it is a crap shoot about if the part is there after a few days. Luckily they had 4 old Hyundai Elantras on hand.

I called and was put on hold. Waited 15 minutes, hung up and called back to ask two questions which are:
1. what is the expected wait time on hold?
The lady on the phone answered my question with, “ Well, it’s gonna be longer and longer if you just keep on hanging up and calling back” And immediately put me on hold again.
2. What is the best time to call so that I don’t have to wait on hold?
I never got to ask the second question. I called back five additional times and they would not answer my question. They kept on just putting me on hold.
Terrible Customer service. Would highly recommend going somewhere else if you can. also would recommend to management to provide better training on customer service for anyone dealing with customers as this lady clearly doesnt care about customer service.

I've only been coming here for 2 years and somehow I was mistaking for someone else thats been coming here for years. This place is not what I expected in terms of customer service. I had accidentally brought my parts in by accident because it was going to be my core. But the rude cashier treated me like I was a thief. Talking about respect your elders she didn't care who you were and how old you were. I came back to get my alternator the next day and said it was thrown away. Now I dont think there is a law that saids they can keep your parts. At least give me a benefit of the doubt because they didn't do their job by checking customers.bag and could've prevented this from happening. I was coming here every weekend but now I will look elsewhere that will appreciate my business. I dont care care how far I have to travel but at least I will not be profiled or mistreated unfairly for giving them my business. I feel really frustrated with the manager because she didn't want to hear my side of the story. I gues I know who was training the employees about customer service because they suck at it as a paying customer we dont want to come here for that. I hope someone realize the damage that their managers are chasing customers away

I am a grown adult woman, with MULTIPLE visible tattoos, 10 visible facial piercings; I am clearly an adult, I had forgotten my ID and the lady at the front denied me entry, even though the other men were NOT asked to show their ID, I was singled out and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
