Great staff. They know their stuff. Prices are good. Pretty much the same as other shops. They do have all the clubs you need. I needed a grip replaced. Buy the grip and for 1 buck they will replace it for you. What a deal! Super!!

Some employees strengths are in teaching and some is customer service. Overall they are nice folks, will continue to shop there. Don't mind the BS comments from other folks, crap happens.

I called and talked to Jake. The new bag I bought last summer was falling apart. He looked me up and told me it was under warranty. He told me to come in and swap it out and just pay the difference if I wanted a better one. I drove in but was told they'd have to send it to manufacturer. Didn't care that they'd told me different on the phone and had me drive in. He just said "my bad" and sarcastically suggested I just carry my clubs in my arms.

I'm just getting into golfing and Ryan was awesome helping us out! Didn't make the experience feel high pressured and gave lots of great advice! The building has a swing suite so you can try the clubs.

A while back stepped into the store to get a new grip on my putter, and was greeted by no one, I walked past several employees on my way to the grips and found one I liked. Normal for customer service nowadays, real issues started when I started talking to what seemed like a manager, middle aged guy.I was replacing the grip on my Scotty Cameron after about a year of playing with it and wanting a change, and when I brought it over to the guy, he said, “Are you sure you want to cut this original grip off this Scotty?” I responded yes, I’m an extremely thorough person when it comes to gear and I knew I wanted a bigger grip for my putter stroke. He continued to try to talk me out of my decision, saying that it’d completely throw the balance off the putter from its original design. I’d already researched the original grip weight and accounted for the change. After I repeatedly said I was sure I wanted to change the grip, he went off with my putter and then came back yet another time after having not done the job, and asked me “Did you just get this putter?” A completely irrelevant question. I responded I’d had it for over a year and definitely wanted the change. Finally, he changed the grip after much to do.This kind of disrespectful gatekeeping was completely uncalled for. You may have a professional opinion, but you ought to give it once in a respectful tone, rather than the dismissive manner this guy took, and then oblige the customer their decided course of action. Please address your poor customer service, there seems to be no training or understanding of how to best advise customers to help.

Went in for my first full bag fitting ever. Second year golfing with a high handicap (36). I had my uncles old stiff shaft irons and an 20+ year driver. I was worried if it worth getting fitted so early in my golf journey. I got fit by Justin. He was very helpful and understanding and gave me swing tips along with my fitting. I was able to hit more comfortably and was paired with clubs that fit my swing but I can also grow into as my swing gets better. I never felt pressured to buy the newest model and he was honest with how long of an iron I should go to (went with 6-PW). To anyone wondering if it’s worth getting fitted as a beginner, it is! Im excited to see how my game changes when my clubs come in.

I came in the store cause I heard the stealth driver is $100 off and I’m in need of a new driver soon. Water has gotten in the head through a small crack so why not go look. I was standing in the section for a long time debating which driver to get. Then one of the associates (Asian worker with glasses) came over and really helped me figure out which one was best for me. Took me over to the trackman and had me hit a couple balls and even recommended a 9 degree instead of the 10.5 degree driver. Told me a couple things to help fix my swing. He was super patient and informative. Just really appreciated the help! Definitely worth stopping in.

Worst customer service experience for a golf shop. Unfortunately, it is the only golf shop in Lynnwood. Next nearest golf shop is miles and miles away. The short white guy with glasses is really intense and high strung. He also make you as a customer feel that his time is more valuable then yours while in the store. Avoid this sales person if possible and get service from other employees when shopping there...if I was the owner, I would send in secret shoppers to see why customer service is so bad and make the necessary corrections. This will only help increase more sales and customer satisfaction and loyalty...as of October 2022 it is unlikely I will ever shop at this golf store again!

Service used to be great here, but have obviously lowered their standards for service and professionalism. Treated as an inconvenience when asking staff at the counter a question about a putter grip, constantly interrupting me while I was trying to ask follow up questions. This is the sort of experience that causes customers to just go buy online. If the service is unhelpful and impersonal, I might as well just buy online and save a few dollars along with the frustration.

People are not attentive, rude, unwilling to help you. Having own personal conversations while customer walks around aimlessly the only time I had a good experience was with Mr Fuji.

Great customer service everytime I go in. Today their system was down (I came right at opening) and they were very apologetic. I wasn't in a rush and just went and got cash. I always go here even if I'm closer to the Bellevue one.

I came in for a friends birthday present. The staff was friendly and helpful. I decided it was time to upgrade my golf clubs. Ryan was helping me, so I scheduled with him. He was helpful with some swing pointers while I was trying out clubs. Turns out the clubs I had been using were likely 1/2" too short. I ended up splurging on a new set of clubs and am super happy with my purchase

If I could give more stars, I would.... Only golf shop that I will deal with even though it's an hour drive for me. The staff is awesome. Especially, Ryan Wood, the shop pro. It doesn't matter if your getting fitted, need coaching, or just have some quick questions about your swing, Ryan is your guy. Ryan knows my bag, my wife's bag, and both of my sons bags off the top of his head. He is a truly amazing coach as well, brought me down from shooting high 90s low 100s to mid to low 80s. I personally call to see if Ryan is working before I go in, but don't get me wrong, everyone there is awesome. He handles everything for our bags, I won't even change my grips without consulting Ryan first!!!!! Pro Golf Discount works extremely hard to help you. but please be patient, they do get very busy ( very popular sport ). If you need extra attention, I recommend making an appointment
