Only good things to say. I've rented in quite a few places over the years, and found the Site Mgr (Dora) to be pleasant and responsive. I needed to change units and she promptly returned my call within 24 hours, we set an appointment, checked out a couple of other units and found what I needed. She never made it seemed like I was causing her extra work. either

After 5 years of living out of the country, I just closed my account and cleared my unit. During all of those years Dora, the property manager, has helped me in some extraordinary ways. From issues such as expired cards and contact information changes, to lost keys, changing needs and circumstances, and the limitation of only being in town for a week or two each year to access and deal with such issues, Dora has gone way, WAY above and beyond to protect my access, my belongings, and my memories. I am forever grateful. Thank you very much!

Absolutely unacceptable experience at this location.
From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel unwelcome. As we pulled into the parking lot, we were met with a glare from a woman, who we later learned is an employee named Dora. Once inside, the situation escalated. Dora was shockingly unprofessional, dismissive, and outright prejudiced in her tone and demeanor. When we inquired about pricing and storage options, she spoke to us condescendingly, as though we were inconveniencing her. It was clear she was irritated we had arrived during her lunch break, which she made no effort to conceal.
Her behavior was demeaning, inappropriate, and completely out of line for someone representing a customer-facing business. This experience left us deeply uncomfortable, and we will not be returning. Management needs to take a serious look at how this location is being run—no one should be treated the way we were.

False advertising and lack of detail on online pricing, website says one thing and call to onstie staff says another. Length of online price has no detail so consumers are unable to price compare with other providers, since it's month to month, they can increase your rate with 30 day notice. Have rented a 10x20 outdoor unit for 5 months and rate was 228.00 and went up to 331.00 after initial pricing. Attached pictures shows a price of 182 or 183 advertised on web for same size, when you call you get the price 237.00. When asking for the length of intial price the staff was unable to state the duration of the introductory rate, and their is no detail on web site.
