I had a storage unit at this location for about a year. The facility was always clean and safe, I never had any issues with my unit, and the staff were incredibly helpful during move in and out.

The staff is always very helpful and friendly. Any time I need a storage unit I come here. I’ve been coming here for several years. The prices are reasonable and the app is useful.

Darilynn has been nothing but helpful and friendly every time I go in, which is about 3-4 times a week. Anytime I have a billing question, it's thoroughly answered and I'm never left feeling unresolved. I switched to this location due to the price being so good, the amazing customer service is such a bonus! I will stick with this place!

I moved out on the Sunday the 2nd, and I was charged for the entire month. So, I paid for 28 days that I never got to use. I called the district manager (Tracy) and she refused to reverse the charge. I'm not coming back to this company again.
