Pure Hockey is a store with friendly and knowledgeable staff who provide fantastic and incredible customer service. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, going above and beyond to help customers. They welcome people not just to the store but to the sport of hockey, answering tons of questions with smiles and compassion. Staff members are there not just to sell stuff but to support the journey into the sport, working together to find the best fit by bringing out countless varieties of gear to try on. The store culture is one of compassion, kindness, generosity, knowledge of the sport, and community. The store itself looks amazing. While prices are a bit high, having access to this knowledgeable staff for questions from any level is worth a premium. Customers report wonderful experiences buying hockey gear, including for goalie equipment and skates, with efficient service. The staff makes it clear they love the sport and love sharing that love. Customers are very happy and will visit again, recommending the store to everyone for all hockey needs.
Had a very knowledgeable person, Piper. She fitted my grandson perfectly, spoke to him personally about size, fit and likes, and made a wonderful experience out of buying hockey gear, which is not made cheaply. Will seek her out again for ALL of our hockey needs again...

I went in to get fitted for goalie equipment and Daniel was incredibly helpful. Truly fantastic customer service. He knew his stuff and was an incredible delight. Will be visiting again. If you’re looking for goalie gear, ask for Daniel.
