Ray and May are THE best personal trainers I've ever had! They're a dynamic duo that will take care of all your needs. I loved their program so much so that I purchased a second class pack! *I am an anxious person, but Ray and May were so kind, humble, and PATIENT in answering all of my questions. They really helped build up my confidence. 1. Pricing: Industry standard and affordable. I've tried to "save" by going to cheaper establishments and personal trainers, but they're never worth it. You get what you pay for. With Pure Results Fitness I believe that I am getting true VALUE. I am now equipped with the skills/knowledge to train on my own. 2. Professionalism: They're experts and will go beyond teaching you movements. I'm provided with an anatomy lesson (connecting the exercises to targeted muscles you're training for), stretches, form, and breathing patterns. 3. Cleanliness, parking, and facility: Equipment gets wiped down after ever use. There's ample parking and small establishments within the plaza. Their facility is organized, properly circulated, and spaced out so it doesn't feel crowded 4. Flexibility: They'll do their best to accommodate your schedule. Free cancellations up to 24 hours prior to your session. Classes do NOT expire so if you need to take a break or go on vacation you can always come back and complete them. PRO TIP 1: Before purchasing a class ask if they still offer a free training session. NO SALES PITCH! They didn't try to sell me on anything other than showing me what it would be like to train with them. PRO TIP 2: Arrive at least 5 minutes early to stretch! This will help maximize your time and get the full hour on training.

Pure Results helped me turn middle age around. The training is top notch. Ray and May really know their stuff. The thing that makes this gym truly special though, is the warm family vibe. Ray and May are so personable and easy to talk with that being there feels like home. They routinely kick my ass, but there is no macho vibe or pressure to risk injury. They truly embrace their mission to help people live their best, healthiest lives. You can tell they really care about people. I wholeheartedly recommend this gym.

Undeniably 5 stars in all aspects! Pure Results Fitness is simply the best. My fitness journey started with a realization that health is indeed wealth. I was always getting sick. I felt a lot of pain in my body and I get tired easily for just doing simple activities. On top of that, I can't fit in any of my clothes anymore which is very frustrating for me. I told myself it has got to stop and I needed to do something with it. I researched a lot of gyms, training programs and trainers. And I came across pure results fitness. 5-star reviews all over and clients were really satisfied by the service. So I decided to give it a try. The moment I stepped in and told my story to them, Ray assured me that I am in good hands. And indeed I was. I have done their "Lean Out Program"and in just 3 months I lost 17 lbs. Pain that I felt is gone. I'm healthier, stronger and happier. I can fit in all my clothers again! Ray, May and Erin are simply the best. Extremely professional, very passionate in what they do and they will make you feel good about yourself again. I have not used any gym equipments before and I always perceive it as intimidating and overwhelming but they made it feel easy to use and the exercises doable. They will guide you every step of the way and will motivate you to reach your goals and encourage to not give up. So I highly recommend Pure Results. You will never regret it. :)

Great place to train at! Ray and May are awesome I've seen great results in just 60 days on their lean out program- down 17 pounds highly recommend to anyone wanting to improve their overall health and fitness.

I am writing this review as the partner of someone who tried this program. My partner was SO excited to find a place with great reviews that could seemingly help them meet their fitness goals.The trainers gave fairly unhelpful nutrition guidance - a #of grams of macros to hit each day but no meal plans or info about how to actually achieve that. And they were so booked up that they never were able to get a consistent time slot that worked in my partner's schedule.My partner is super bummed about the lack of results despite putting in the time, $, and effort over multiple months. They're too nice to post a review, but I think others should know how the experience can be.

I started with peer results in July 2023. This personal training and private gym is one of the best ones I've seen in the Lynnwood area. Actually, it's the best I've been to. In the last year I've paid for other gyms that have private trainers. They provided discounts for signing up and purchasing private sessions in bulk with a trainer on staff. However, even though it was cheaper to do the group training sessions, and buying group packages for one on one training, I felt they weren't measuring up. I sometimes felt that I knew more than what the person who is training me did, or the one training Me was just going through emotions and not really emotionally there to help me succeed. Almost like they were there just for a paycheck and nothing else. I am 40 years old now, and have been with pure results for our third month starting now. I am on the 12 week progression program they have to slim down. They have a bulk up program as well but I chose I was more wanting to lose a lot of weight. I was 50 pounds overweight when we weighed in just two months ago. A lot has come off in such a short time. I feel today that I know more about weightlifting, and eating better, and just overall how to approach fitness than I did even coming from a military background. It's a small things that are not talked about among group sessions when you're at the gym or among friends. The little tweaks that you have to do for proper form and getting the best out of an exercise to cut down the length of time it takes to get where you wanna go. They are so caring and really show through their actions they want to see you succeed that sometimes I blush and just laugh when they give me praise. Still not used to the team effort all about being me getting better. It's a wonderful feeling though. I was in the shoes you are right now not too long ago. I couldn't decide which gym or trainer to go with, or just try to wing it on my own with YouTube and books. People always have their own opinions and give advice to what they would do. For me, I keep asking myself if I will be proud of the decision I made today 10 years from now. So far I am thankful and happy of the decision I made. Just disappointed I didn't make the decision years ago.

I have the privilege of working with a pair of absolute and phenomenal personal trainers Ray and May and I can't emphasize enough just how incredible my experience has been. From the moment I started my fitness journey with them, I knew I was in the hands of an expert who was not only passionate about fitness but also dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals. Where do I even begin? Let's start with their knowledge and expertise. Ray and May are walking encyclopedias when it comes to fitness, nutrition, and overall well-being. I initially signed up for the lean-out program. Ray took the time to thoroughly understand my fitness goals and tailor a program that is sustainable. My initial understanding walking in was they are going to help me slim down with a nutrition plan and some workouts however I got so much more than that. Their deep understanding of exercise physiology and anatomy ensured that every workout was thoughtfully designed to target specific muscle groups and enhance overall strength and endurance. I'm definitely not an expert in fitness but I'm certainly not a novice either and I do have some understanding of exercise physiology but what I've learned from Ray and May are priceless details into physiology of the body and their thoughtfully designed workouts to really help and sculpt areas to make you not only feel great but also look great! But it's not just their knowledge that sets them apart; it's their infectious enthusiasm and positivity. Working out with with both Ray and May is an absolute joy. Their energy is contagious, and they have a remarkable ability to motivate and inspire. Even on days when I felt less motivated, their unwavering encouragement pushed me to give my best and push my limits. What truly impressed me was their holistic approach to fitness. They didn't just focus on physical workouts; they emphasized the importance of proper nutrition, sleep, and stress management, etc. Their guidance extended beyond the gym, and I felt like they genuinely cared about my overall well-being. In addition, Ray and May's interpersonal skills are second to none. They are excellent communicators always taking the time to explain exercises, techniques, and the science behind our workouts. Their friendly demeanor and approachability created a comfortable environment where I felt safe to ask questions and seek guidance. My experience has been nothing short of amazing. If you're looking for a personal trainer who will not only help you achieve your fitness goals but also make the journey enjoyable and empowering, look no further. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking a transformational fitness experience. My fitness journey Ive had a lot of ups and downs, successes and failures in my fitness journey. Sometimes I feel fit and other times I don't feel comfortable in my own skin. For me its always been trying to stay at an optimum weight. Early on I always thought I could cheat a bad diet meaning I could eat whatever I want so long as I put in the work but now I have a better understanding of how important and foundational it is to have a good nutrition plan and how it impacts and fuels the body thanks to Ray. There are so many types of nutrition plans out there including what your own opinion might be on the subject but how do you know which one will work best for you? It can vary in so many ways! Workout plans can also vary a lot. Depending on your understanding of the exercises and how it targets certain muscle groups, I early on assumed as long as I hit some of the muscle groups and work hard, I should be fine. I was wrong! From my college days into my 30s, I didn't see a whole lot change. Maybe some weight loss here and there, maybe a little increase in strength but not a whole lot of definition and definitely not enough overall to really see real results and I sometimes felt lost, putting the work in but not really seeing the results. I booked the 3 month Lean Out program with him and he was diligent in explaining all my nutrition and macro needs while ensuring I understood it all. In fact, he spent almost 4 hours with me (program covers only 2) just to explain everything in meticulous detail and cover all the modifications required for my individual health needs. He gave me twice the amount of time at no extra charge - he did it just because he cares.I had never worked with a trainer before and it made all the difference working with a professional like Ray. He was extremely attentive, motivating, and FUN! We became friends and I always looked forward to my training sessions.Another big advantage to book with PureResults is because Ray explains the reasoning behind each exercise and the reasoning behind the order we do it in because he cares about instilling that knowledge in his clients as well. Since then, cravings are nearly zero and food prep and healthy choices are on autopilot. Where do I begin! I came to Pure Results 10 months postpartum. I met with Ray and he was kind, attentive, and very caring towards explaining the program I chose, which was the Diamond Package (Lean Out + 12 Training Sessions). Ray sat with me for almost 3-hours and went in detail about the program. He as very detailed and he answered all my questions. He also provided tips and tailored the program to fit my needs given I was 10 months postpartum and nursing.I got to train with Sarah, Santiago and Ray. The team is absolutely AMAZING! Sarah is very passionate and caring towards supporting you and was always very quick to respond when I reached out. Santiago encouraged me to push my limits while always making sure my form was correct. This team is fun and they truly make you feel comfortable. They genuinely want you to succeed!I made HUGE progress. I was beyond impressed when I saw my results during my last weigh in. This is a 90-day program that will become a new lifestyle. You learn how to appreciate healthy foods such as lean meats, greens, and you will naturally start making healthier food decisions because your body will crave it! My husband and I joined Pure Results this year to lose weight, get stronger, and get healthier. We completed the Lean Out program with the support of Ray, Santiago, and Sarah. Ray's Lean Out program is effective and changed our mindset about food. We are much more aware of what we are eating and our portion sizes. Together we lost a combined 62lbs in the 90 day program, and in the 6 weeks since, have continued to lose body fat.This was our first experience with strength training, and we were very intimidated to start. It took us months to finally call Pure Results. It is a testament to the environment that Ray has built that we now look forward to our sessions and training is actually fun!From the first session, Sarah and I just clicked. She is supportive and encouraging, and spends time teaching correct form. Since beginning my workouts, my energy has increased, I've gained more muscle and confidence! Sarah is passionate about helping others meet their goals.Santiago strives to help you learn to do each exercise properly while helping you understand why you are doing them.
