I usually shop later in the evenings at my current QFC. So everyone checks out at the speedy checkout. (No item limit tho). However there's only one friendly employee helping all 8 registers. Do some of your pick-up instore shopping by going unto their website and starting a shopping list BEFORE YOU GO TO THE STORE. That way when you're checking out you don't slow everyone's roll. (I'm still learning) HOWEVER! I just learned that when you come into any of their stores(I think🤔) By the door where they keep the extra Sales fliers, they put little stack of the current sales products they you usually get the discounted price if you picked it while on lineand. So if by hence you ( and I do mean ME) can't be bothered to do it BEFORE ypu get to the Check out. Then AFTER you've put you QFC Card # or pbone number in and BEFORE you pay you just SCAM the barcode at the bottom of that white sheet of paper and BEEP! CH-CHING! YOU SAVE EVEN MORE MONEY! (and I do mean 'I' SAVE MORE $$!! !!AND THE CASHIER APPRECIATES IT.
My only complaint I have is when their doing their big offload they must leave the doors open and the heat OFF! Brrrrrrr....but I really like my QFC nightshift employees! JuneBug

I've been coming to this place since I was a kid. It's not perfect and I've have bad experiences, but I've had great experiences with their hard workers, my favorites were always Hunter as well as Lydia. They always worked hard for me. Even when things were busy, they made sure to take care of me with the self-checkout even when I screwed it up. I usually went to Safeway but I always came here because of that good service.
I wrote this post today because I saw a manager speaking down to the employees. As someone that has worked years in retail and knows good service, I was ashamed by that behavior. I doubt anyone is reading this but I had to give my thoughts.

Never shopping here again, horrible experience. They block both entrances with carts for one, which is confusing and inconvenient. Went shopping at 8pm for a specific item. They didn't have it, so I gave up for the night. I left with an empty cart. I was taking it to the cart return, when suddenly a loud alarm went off upon leaving the store. The cart locked at the same time, and blocked people from leaving. All because I decided not to buy anything this visit. I'm pretty disgusted that they do this.

I absolutely love buying cakes from QFC—they’re usually amazing! That’s why I’m giving 5 stars. The quality, taste, and freshness are always impressive.
However, I want to share a small warning about one specific cake I tried recently. It wasn’t really a cake with whipped cream—it was more like whipped cream with a little bit of cake. The amount of whipped cream was extremely excessive, and I personally didn’t enjoy it.
So if you’re not a fan of heavy whipped cream, be careful with that particular type. Other than that, QFC cakes are truly fantastic
