Needs to update their pharmacy hours here and on their own website. Both show weekday pharmacy hours go until 9pm but getting here a bit before 9 and the sign on the front door says the pharmacy closed at 8pm. Wasted time and gas, so please ensure those are accurate from now on.

I've beeen using Tiffany as my pharmacist for about 20 years. I followed her from Target to Rite Aid. I may not fill many prescriptions, but I fully trust her and her team so I have her take care of me. She has also been great with my vaccines. She is incredibly knowledgeable and professional.

The store is fine and usually can find random things around but the staff at the register are always rude. I only go in when I have to get something at the pharmacy, or the Amazon lockers in the back of the store.

I stopped for the first time about two months ago and have returned; I find it well-stocked, maintained and comfortable. Staff acknowledge me and offer help, which is refreshing given it's so unusual in retail now-a-days. Pharmacy seems to move orders quickly through. There are some deals, too: the RA discount, which utilizes your phone #, seems worth it over time to obtain immediate in-store discounts and, thru additional online acct set-up, bonus points take off more $ too...so there are two ways to save. To sign up, go online.Update: Shopping there more often now, I'm finding the $ savings' programs are a nice "bonus"!

Every time I come here, there's employees out smoking on the bench, near the enterace. It's hard to walk by without getting a puff of smoke sent my way. Isn't there a better place?

I went to this pharmacy today to see if i could get a vaccination. I was the second person in line when I got there. I waited for less than a minute until it was my turn to see if they took my insurance plan. The pharmacist told me to have a seat and he will call me. I waited and waited and waited until he was done helping everyone else that was behind me. When he called me up he took a little information and said they don't take my insurance. It took him maybe a minute to tell me this. The guy pharmacist is an idiot.

I should have read the reviews first. Had a Moderna booster scheduled for today and made it almost 2 months ago. I get there and was told they ran out and asked if Pfizer would be ok. At first I said sure. I showed him my vaccine proof and when he saw I had the JJ a year ago and a Moderna booster 1 6 months ago the technician made a huge deal about it. He couldn't understand at all what I was trying to explain to him based on my doctor and CDC recommendations. He left and got the Pharmacist and just told her to come talk to me. Apparently didn't explain to her what had transpired so I had to reiterate to the Pharmacist what I said to him. She saw no issue with my request for my booster. She was actually nice but the whole situation felt unprofessional, especially after them running out of Moderna. I opted to leave and reschedule my Moderna shot with another pharmacy who I promptly called when I got home to make sure my request doe my Moderna booster was reasonable. They acted surprised I was even asking about it and said "of course that is fine!" I will never try to be vaccinated at Rite Aid again with so many better and more professional options.

The pharmacy technicians are decent. They’ve always been helpful. As far as the pharmacist go, the two females, one being Tiffany are very rude and judgmental. Instead of asking, they assume and come to find out they’re wrog . Because you are on a certain medication they tend to judge you by that. Regardless we are all human. They are far from kind. Now, I stay with one pharmacy because I don’t like switching bc it can be inconvenient and because this Rite Aid was close to my workplace. Mind you ALL of my prescriptions had stayed with rite aid but only two locations since I moved here. She made it sound like I was “pharmacy hopping.” Which is ridiculous. I was told by the female pharmacist there to “keep my medications all at one pharmacy bc I have a red flag.” I was baffled and “why is one of your medications at a different pharmacy, what’s the reason for that?” Because Walmart is literally 2 minutes away, that’s why. And being that rite aid on 33rd closed down, I chose to have it sent to Walmart now. Besides, It doesn’t matter, it’s what’s convenient for me. That’s my business. I told my physician about this incident and she said that the pharmacist should have never said anything about that. However, at the same token, I have nothing to hide so she can take those extra steps to ensure I’m good. That seemed to be the issue. She needed to take “extra steps.” I was spoken to in a condescending manner. I explained to her that I used the Rite Aid on 33rd, previously. However they closed down and transferred everything Bartells. The female pharmacist stated “you know they transferred all of your medication to Bartells?” I said yes, I’m 100% aware, but that doesn’t work for me, it’s too far. I do what’s best and convenient for me NOT FOR YOU. Her tone is what made things worse. Like she was inconvenienced at the fact that I was there.
