Worst pharmacy ever. Go literally anywhere else. I thought Walgreens was the worst. We have a new winner for worst.

Cashier tried to accuse me of stealing products I paid for. She there watching me but none of the other customers and I was leaving she reprinted my receipt to double check if I paid for my groceries. The manager said absolutely nothing about the way I was treated.

Older Asian lady at the pharmacy front desk is very incompetent and rude! This is the second time I have had an unpleasant experience with her. The first time was when I had my COVID booster. I made an appointment online and filled out my information. I forgot to take my physical vaccination card but I had a virtual card in my phone wallet. She still refused to accept that and I had to go back home to retrieve it. Today, while in line for my flu shot, I saw the same lady accept a virtual vaccination card. When I got to the counter, the first she asked was if I had an appointment. And when I said no and enquirer about walk ins as stated on the website. She was quite rude and dismissive and said that I make an appointment and come back. I would give zero stars if I could. I just made an appointment for Fred Meyer pharmacy, and It was a lot more convenient.

Today my partner and I went to get our Covid and Flu Vaccine from our local Safeway the Pharmacist was short on staff and there were 6 of us waiting for our vaccine! The pharmacist was amazing he multitask while we all patiently awaited our vaccines ! He was polite and had a great sense of humor and I might add that he was quite skillful on administering the vaccines ! Thank You to the Pharmacist!

My family and I have been going to this pharmacy for many years. My parents/grandparents used this pharmacy even back when the building was Albertsons, and the pharmacists/pharmacy techs here have been there all along the way. Pleasant conversation, knowledgeable on the medications + interactions, helpful in helping me get my refills when issues arise.I even say hello to my dad’s pharmacist on ol’ Dad’s behalf since he’s no longer in state, and we’d converse on what’s new in Dad’s life and his pharmacist’s life, granted there’s no line/it’s not busy. Will likely be going here until something out of my control drags me out of state. Good folks.

Regular problems with unprofessionalism at this location, to the point where it has prevented my family from receiving medications in a timely manner. Sending your medication here puts you at a risk of needing to defend yourself, rather than to receive help. No one on customer support seems even vaguely interested in human welfare. Honestly, just a very strange, uncomfortable experience every time I end up going here. Avoid as much as possible. EDIT: It's not common for me to leave negative reviews on anything, ever. I just don't want anyone else hurt in the ways I've been hurt here. If you're looking to switch pharmacies, do not let it be here.

I would personally only use this pharmacy for prescriptions you're going to walk in and hand to them, and wait around to get filled. They're very good at that.Every time I've needed to call in a refill, though, the refill is somehow never ready when I go in to get it. Even if it's days later. This last time, the medication I needed refilled was unavailable because it was on backorder at the wholesaler they get it from. That would have been fine, but they didn't bother to call me or notify me in any way. I just went in like a week later and that's when they told me it was unavailable. To their credit they checked to see if a different wholesaler had it available and tried to order it through there, but again didn't bother to contact me to tell me it wasn't available. They happened to have a small quantity of it on hand and filled that for me, but after years of other constant inconveniences (some of which I'd been charitably blaming on the doctor's office, since we'd had trouble with other pharmacies interacting with that office; but some of them continued after switching) I'll be changing to a different pharmacy. Sucks, since I work very close and it's convenient, but in the future I'll just stick to filling one-time scrips from doctor visits here.It is very clear just from being in this Safeway often that the staff here are overworked and don't have time to do everything they should and this clearly extends to the pharmacy.

I'd give it a 1 star but due to the fact that I would get my prescription notifications via text I'll give it 2. Well where do I start? They don't smile just rush you when you get to the counter. My last confrontation there was a Hispanic male. Yes I speak Spanish so he spoke to me in Spanish as I walked up that's fine doesn't offend me at all... But he cancelled one of my orders didn't even ask me... Okay fine. I tried getting something similar over the counter but my insurance was going to cover the medicine I was prescribed (folic acid/ anti acidics) so then he tries to up sell things to me I told him I don't need to buy extra I just need to try what's being recommend to me by the doc. Exact dosage and all. I'm a big girl and he tells me you should try adding more vegetables into your diet and I look at him like tf? I'm like OK I'm vegetarian and he looked at me with disbelief and said I shouldn't cook with too many spices since Mexican food has a lot of grease and spices. 1st of I'm not asking him to tell me what I should eat. 2nd hes assuming I cook a certain way/food cuz I look Mexican I could be from Peru or Central America. 3rd he's judging me cuz I'm big to the stereotypical vegetarian. 4th he's trying to sell me other things I was not prescribed. Telling me to buy 2 and I'll get 1 free. I left everything walked away and changed pharmacy to across the street to CVS.
