She always reply within 24 hours no matter when we message her.We love Ms. Su and Ms. Kate from the infant class. They're very warm, caring, cheerful and professional. They make our son feels welcome and these days he doesn't seem to even want to go home.The daycare is bright, clean and safe. The hours are very flexible. They also serve healthy lunch and snacks. Lastly, we love the abundance parking and the security measure taken. Overall, you can't ask for a better daycare!”

The curriculum at Soundview really stresses these principles and we see the impact in the day to day interactions we have with our kids. We find our kids sharing freely, expressing their emotions, and asking thoughtful questions. We find the teachers, staff, and administration really address all of our concerns throughout the year and have an open door policy. The teachers also really prioritize communication with parents. There are regular parent teacher conferences and the teachers always send you message if your kids are having a tough day.”
