Props to Ayham for hooking us up with a Mazda 6 that was so solid, to the extent that me and the homies are still talking about it 1 year later.

I had the pleasure of working with Ayham in searching for a used car for myself as my previous car was totaled. Ayham was quick to respond when I sent an inquiry online, and we were able to communicate via text, which was more convenient for me. Scheduling a test drive was easy, and Ayham was honest about every question I had for every vehicle. Even if he was unsure of some information, he would immediately check online to find answers. Within two days of working with Ayham, I was able to settle with a very well maintained car that my mechanic even said was a no-brainer, and paper work and processing was done very quickly.
Overall, I’m very happy with the experience I was provided by Ayham, and would absolutely recommend anyone to check out Seattle Auto Inc.

DO NOT BUY from here, horrible customer service. I paid $200 for them to handle the registration paperwork, and was told it would be mailed to me along with my new plates. I was lied to multiple times when I called with questions about my delayed registration. They told me that they had my plates and would mail them the next day MULTIPLE times over the many days that I called. When I started getting frustrated (due to their incompetence), they started being aggressive and extremely rude. My most recent call resulted in me being told that I would have to go pickup my plates in person despite being told multiple times that they would be mailed to me.

Mohammad screwed my kids over by selling them a car that he knew had a problem with the emissions system. He tried to make it right, when an error code came up within a week of them purchasing the car, by having it fixed by a mechanic of his choosing with an after market part. However, now a few months later and the car is having problems again because of the same part failing. They've taken it to another mechanic that they trusted but they won't fix it because they're saying the work wasn't done correctly and they can't warranty it. So, now they have a car that doesn't work and they can't get it fixed. Very poor business. Do not purchase from this dealership unless you like paying extra to get your car fixed, right after you bought it.

If you take care of your money, stay away from this place...I bought a lemon car from them and they only gave me the plane ticket...the ones they sell in that place are garbage cars.

Becareful they will take advantage of new buyers. I didn't realize my interest rate was 35% until the first payment.
*Edit* I had the car for 2-3 months, and i was in an accident, and the car was totaled. I was out of work on medical leave for 1 month. I called them and let them know i could pay off the car in full. I just needed another month. They sent someone to the medical facility, the same day i called, to try to strong arm the car from me. I wasn't in possession of the car. It was at my recently deceased family members' house because i wasn't gonna park a totaled car on seattle streets. The manager of the medical facility had to tell him to leave. They kept calling me over and over, and i told them my stuff is still in the car, so they couldn't take it yet. Eventually, i gave in because the owner was calling and yelling and even threatened me at one point. It really wasn't worth the hassle.
I paid it off in full without the interest. When i showed up to give him the check, i could smell liquor on him. Also, may or may not be related, but the deceased family members house was robbed the same week and the only people who knew he wasnt there anymore was my immediate family and the guys who repo'd my car.
