This dealership sells cars they don't make money off of,... that's what they told me. Do your homework before shopping here, know what the car is worth. They wouldn't budge a dollar on a Civic they listed $500 over it's value, A/C didn't work and a window didn't work. Didn't even want to make a deal, at all. Couldn't come down $200-$300. They make money off desperate fools.

The guys were superb. Totally hands off, but always available to help. No BS charges or up-selling, no pushy salespeople. Just good used cars for fair prices. Easily the most relaxed used car buying experience I've ever had.

Got a ford focus SEL 2010. I drove this car when I was younger for a few years and finally found one again for a fair price. Drove 3 hours from Vancouver WA to get it. Jesse helped me out on the phone and Allen sold me the car. Great job! You guys impressed me as I expect used car lots to be sketchy.

Jesse was great to work with. I purchased a beautiful car from Jesse at Seattle Auto Werx, and I would buy from him again and again. There was a small issue that wasn’t known when purchased and he had it fixed right away at no expense to me. Again great working with them, highly recommend.

Bought a car there in 2020. I came back to review because I remember how kind the owner was. I bought my car with 180,000 miles and it has lasted and am driving it still at over 240,000 miles. Would recommend.

Seattle Auto Werx is a diamond in the rough as far as used car dealerships go.
We were assisted on the lot by Jesse, the owner (and to some extent another staff member named Al). We found him and his staff to be patient, kind, honest, and not fitting the salesmen status quo (i.e. depraved and aggressive). The vehicles we looked at on the lot appeared to be expertly selected and fairly priced (we were browsing the $10k range).
Jesse (and staff) intently listened to us about the vehicle issues we noted during inspections and test drives (e.g. a small rattling sound coming from the undercarriage) and we were always given a prompt and fair response to address them, and not a serving of BS.
Within a couple days of further shopping around for a potentially better deal from other local used car lots (and online), we determined Seattle Auto Werx was by far the best. We ended up buying a Subaru Forester, receiving a deal that couldn’t be beat by other dealerships.
One month later we are still happy with our purchase. If unseen (hidden/concealed) problems pop up down the road I will update this review accordingly.
So far, this experience has led us to highly recommend Seattle Auto Werx. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle through them. Thanks Seattle Auto Werx!

Had a really good experience here. Found a car online that looked like what we wanted, then went in to check it out. The check out and test drive went well, and we left with the car. It was what we were looking for, and at a reasonable price. When we had questions, they took the time to find answers. Didn't feel pushed or hurried. We are very happy with Auto Werx and would come here again.

I bought a used Subaru last month for $8000 in full, and I’ve put $2400 into repairs since then. Alternator/battery, caliper work, brakes… it was just really disappointing. I already have a laundry list of repairs that I’m now budgeting to fix in the future. Yesterday I found out that my after market stereo will randomly bug out and it won’t turn off when the key is fully out of the ignition unless I quite literally detach the battery and fasten it back on after a few minutes.
They owner isn’t a bad guy. I want to believe he had no idea. But I urge him to talk to his mechanic who thought flipping my brake pads was cool and really messed with the electrical/alternator.
I regret buying this car, I should’ve gone somewhere else more reliable.

OMG!! WOW!! So we have been searching for almost a year for THE perfect car that fits our needs and we found EXACTLY what we were looking for. The service IS AMAZING, they worked with us trying to help us get our car of our dreams, they actively listened to our needs and concerns. They helped make the process of buying a car as stress free as possible, his employees ABSOLUTELY TOP NOTCH❤️ I couldn't of asked for a better company. When I looked around the lot I noticed that they TAKE CARE OF THE CARS they choose to get n sell. They are maintained VERY VERY WELL, any problems the car had no longer exists, all the cars we In AMAZING condition. THAT to me spoke n SCREAMED volumes. The lot is very clean and WELL MAINTAINED, his employees are very well trained, caring AMAZING people who are more like how an amazing family is. You see n FEEL the vibe of family there. They DEFINITELY got lifelong customers now. We will ONLY go to them for our next car, I'm not going to waste my time or energy anywhere else❤️
We got the car of our dreams which is a '08 Chrysler Aspen fully loaded.
