I agree with other reviews stating that the salesman is way too invasive. It really gave me the creeps and if I end up buying anything it'll be online so I don't have someone in my personal space uninvited and trying to put clothes on for me. Really uncomfortable experience.

Love this store! I come here every other Christmas season or for very special birthdays. I reserve these gifts for the closest of people to me. The shoes last forever,have never had to get a repeat set, I got my dad one size to small of a sweater and the owners were super chill letting him exchange it without a recipes/or without me being there. (Please try to keep a gift recipe tho,its harder than you think running a small business).

This is a truly wonderful store! Their Sheepskin and Alpaca products are of very high quality. One of my favorite purchases is an Alpaca hide hat that keeps me warm on my morning walk no matter how cold and windy the weather is. My wife has purchased numerous Alpaca capes, full length baby Alpaca coat & shorter hooded Alpaca coat, sweaters etc. Lots of very high quality clothing and the service is so friendly that we like to stop by and say hi when we are at the Alderwood Mall.

I love this place. I bought my mother a sweater and she washed it in her machine forever. She passed, It's mine now. It still looks as good as new.

Horrible experience with this company. I purchased boots at a fair and they didn't have my size. They said they would ship them to me and they called me a week later and left a voicemail to say they don't have my size and would refund me. When I called back I got Denise and she was unhappy to talk to me. She had me text her my info about the boots and she never replied. I had to reach out 4 more times to get a response. She then said they had the boots and would ship them. They sent the wrong size. I reached back out and no response. Do not buy from them!

BETTER THAN UGG! I am a name brand girl through and through and look for the highest quality of things that I like and THESE BOOTS ARE IT! Aside from the amazing product this business and these people go to the farthest limit to please their customers. I will always come back here for boots AND clothes. Especially living in WA having water resistant alpaca fur outerwear is something people don’t realize they’re missing! QUALITY OVER QUANTITY

Me and my partner came in to just browse for ideas for some new home decor and holiday shopping. The owners Berndt and Rena are incredibly welcoming, and warmly invited us to “touch everything!” We left with an amazing alpaca and a beautiful fuschia scarf, the experience was so genuine, I came back the next day with my mother to pick up holiday gifts. I never once felt rushed, or judged by how much we spent, everyone that walked in from browsing mall teens to seriously posh shoppers were welcomed with the same kindness and attitude. This wonderful store is owned and operated by neighborly locals. If you value quality, community, and supporting locals, this is a great place to stop.

I was drawn in by the cute alpaca, sheep dolls. Their furs were so soft =uwu=. The sign did allow feeling how soft the furs were (so soft and heavenly). It was quite nice to go back to basics and judge quality items after having the first-hand sensation of touch vs buying stuff online from looking and guessing. I bought quality gifts for friends, family, and for myself. The scarf is keeping me quite warm during this week of arctic cold. Thank you to the kind lady who helped me pick out gifts for my parents! :)

I have always had an amazing experience every time I’ve stopped by here for the holidays and the staff has made me feel very welcome and taken care of (they can even help educate on proper care and fitting). 2-3 years ago I bought a pair of the Peyton Sheepskin Boots from Rena and Berndt and they have held up PERFECTLY, and I wear them more than any other shoe I own (and they even do great in the snow and ice, which is amazing for a fashionable boot!) Today I got the Tundra Boot that I have been wanting for years and was beyond happy with the experience Darrell was able to give me even while it was so busy!!! HUGE thank you to Rena, Berndt, Darrell, and the whole team! I’ll definitely be coming back.

On vacation and a day of shopping, I stumbled across Sheepskin and Alpaca Specialties. The storefront window caught my eye with boots and sweaters- I had to go inside—such extraordinary customer service, with a boutique feel while shopping. Berndt is very passionate about his products, and his professionalism and expertise are second to none. He went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, and I can confidently say that they have earned a lifelong customer.

I've had a great experience, good customer service. Berndt and Rena are very knowledgeable about the product. I love the sheepskin scuff slippers, and the softness of the animals. I went in the store with my mother to look for a new pair of moccasins for her. The owner and his wife have an extremely overbearing presence once you enter. They refuse to let you shop in peace. When my mother was trying on moccasins they physically tried to put garments on me for me to try. I was uncomfortable but played along out of awkwardness. They were over flattering in saying I should model their products and started solely paying attention to me and ignoring my mother completely. Almost as if they saw me as the one they can make more sales on. I felt that both of us were disrespected and these people need to LEARN from the many client reviews that their sales tactics are inappropriate, distasteful, and unprofessional. If you plan to spend money on high quality goods, you expect high quality & kind service. Their behavior comes off as desperate.
