Our family's rental Buz has been using this store 30+ years when we refloor our units. Never a problem till a couple years ago when they had an installer at our empty unit at 9PM hammering away. Next day was a complete tear out. Obvious seams showing extra. Well since it was one problem in all that time we called them to come refloor the current empty unit. I wish we had not. Straight nightmare. First problem was they left an entry molding sitting off the floor 3/8 of an inch with a razor edge. Second was the bottom third of a living room molding they split when stretching the carpet with the moldings on. Who does that? They claim they didn't do it. Welp its a rental and on the a tenant move out sheet it isn't on there. It's glaring and first you see when you walk in. But the actual huge issue for some reason they moved all the appliances out on the deck beating the hell out of the doors and deck doing it. This included the year old washer dryer stack. When they put it back into the utility closet, they broke it's frame and screws popping out of it. Now stands crooked. AKA needs replaced. They also just stuffed the Dryer hose on top the water heater didn't hook it up. Contacted several times, was told a manager was not available and would x all back.......still have not.

The sales rep I talked to was nice enough, but when I called the main office the manger was very rude (Mark? Mike?). Through out our conversation he would stop mid sentence to yell at someone in the office. Something about carpet being thrown away. I tolerated it once but when he did it the second time I asked if he was listening to me, he didn't respond so I hung up. Very unprofessional.

I have been working with Sherwin Williams flooring company for over 5 years now. Price comparison they are a little lower than others. But where they excel is their customer service. There have been a few mistakes made over the years, but they go above and beyond to make it right. Very satisfied customer!
