Sleep Number is the only type of bed I'll own, so when I needed a new bed, I headed straight to the store in Alderwood. It's easy to find and in an area with decent parking. I was helped by Kevin, who made an otherwise stressful purchase a piece of cake. He listened to my needs and budget and got me into a higher-level bed than I thought I could afford--with an adjustable frame as a major bonus! Kevin was kind, approachable, funny, knowledgeable, and efficient, which I greatly appreciated. He was even able to help when there was a slight snafu with delivery timing. I strongly recommend Sleep Number, specifically the Alderwood location, if you're in the Seattle-area and in the market for a new bed.

I’m so grateful for Natasha’s customer service at the Sleep Number store! We walked in a minute before closing, totally desperate because I’ve been struggling with poor sleep as a new mom and was in real need of a new pillow for my back and neck pain. Natasha stayed open a few extra minutes with the best attitude and a warm smile. She was so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful, and truly made a difference for me just by going above and beyond in that moment. The store was beautiful and clean, and her incredible customer service made the whole experience amazing. Highly recommend Natasha—she’s wonderful!

Allen was so great to work with, he is definitely who you want to go to when you’re ready to elevate your sleep. He’s there to make sure you leave with the products that you need and that are right for you, not just the most expensive products. Hope he’s here in a decade or so so I can buy another from him haha

Dont waste your time in this store. I had the worst experience as this store has the rudest salesman Joey. He pushed me pretty hard to buy the mattress on the same day and when I said I need time to think about it, he started making sarcastic comments on how long I was looking for a mattress. I was shocked to hear such kind of response. He also refused to give me the price breakdown for the mattress saying it’s out of my budget. I might go above my budget if I really like the product and giving a breakdown/brochure doesn’t really hurt anyone.
Apparently Joey Alvarez’s logic is you can step in the store only if you are ready to buy the mattress on the same day. Else you will be treated badly. Sleep number is a very good mattress but what’s really unfortunate is that it’s sold by terrible salesmen like Joey. I’d rather buy an okay mattress sold by a good salesman.

The sales person was very knowledgeable and very straightforward on what my wife and I needed for a mattress! Me needing a board to sleep on and her a cloud ? I was very glad I stopped in!

I would definitely recommend this store! Kevin was super attentive, nice, friendly and very knowledgable. He had the patients to really show us the bed settings and alternatives and everything else in between. We purchased the 360 bed and cannot wait to get it!!
