I would definitely recommend this store! Kevin was super attentive, nice, friendly and very knowledgable. He had the patients to really show us the bed settings and alternatives and everything else in between. We purchased the 360 bed and cannot wait to get it!!

Don’t waste your time with them.NEVER, NEVER buy any furniture from Sleep Number, the purchase will become your worst nightmare.We spent more than $3k on a bed frame, and after thousands of promises, made on the day of the delivery were not fulfilled and the right arm still not working as should.I’ve spent hours trying to find someone, but, all I get is simple answers with NO SOLUTIONS.

I am a current owner of a sleep number bed which was purchased 20 years ago and continues to work. A smaller bed is now needed and Max was very helpful helping me make it happen. Would recommend him and the bed.

Absolutely horrible experience… while the people at the store were fine, sleep number delivered us the wrong size mattress, I had to get out a measuring tape and show the delivery representative that it didn’t match the dimensions listed on their own website… then after wasting an additional two hours on hold and being transferred around by customer service they were able to reschedule my delivery for a convenient three weeks out, so total time for me to potentially get what I paid for is over a month and a half, would recommend going to temperpedic

I did not have a good experience at the sleep number store at lynwood mall. My salesman's name was joel. He was explaining the beds to me walking around the store, The next thing I know is Joel is not there. And hes talking to another customer.And hes talking to another customer. And left me standing there. After I decided on a bed. We went over to his desk to fill out some paperwork, Joel constantly and repeedily did not excuse himself and started talking to other people in the store. I am sitting there with my credit card in my hand trying to pay for the bed. And it was three or four times that he ignored me And went over to talk to another customer, Not once did he excuse himself. Just turned around and started talking to someone else. I finally interrupted him and ask him if we couldn't Please finish this deal so I could leave. I understand they are busy at the store, But to ignore a paying customer it's not good business. I honestly feel like canceling my order because of the service I received.

As a customer, I am extremely DISAPPOINTED with the delivery team's performance! The delivery was supposed to arrive on a specific date and time frame, but it was delivered late without any prior notice.As a result, I had to wait for an extended period of time and was unable to plan my day accordingly. Furthermore, I was not given any updates about the delivery, which made the situation even more frustrating. I tried contacting the delivery team, but there’s not a single phone number I could reach out to.It is extremely irresponsible for a company to treat their customers in this manner. Therefore, I strongly advise against using Sleep Number for any future purchases!!!

Each time I have visited the store at Alderwood Mall the staff has been friendly and welcoming. They are knowledgeable about their products and listen to the customer's needs. It's been a pleasure to shop there.

This is for Sleep Number the company not this store.I ordered a replacement part for our Sleep Number bed.I called in was helped they took nearly $500 from me and said the part would ship out in 3 or 4 days....I wait.... wait some more.... then call in to check status for the part I ordered.I'm then told the part is on back order with no future date when it will be available.Really? In the mean time our bed is deflated and not usable.This is something I should have been told when I ordered the part.I have since found the part on E-bay for less money and a 2 year warranty where Sleep Number only covers their part for a year.I wish I could put 1/2 star.SHAME ON YOU Sleep Number!The kicker is after talking to them they asked if their help was satisfactory?I sad F-NO!I'm Eric and my sleep number is currently 0.

We bought a King Size, realized within the 100 day guarantee period it was too big, and exchanged it for a Queen. However, we had a King headboard and not Queen when they made the exchange. When they swapped the bed, I asked if they would install the headboard when it arrived and was told they would (they are HEAVY beds). We got the headboard, so I just called and was told that since the headboard wasn't a Sleep Comfort product, they wouldn't come install it "because of liability concerns". They never mentioned anything about that when I bought the bed or made the exchange. We like the bed but are very disappointed they didn't finish the job.

Thank you Natasha for all your help!I had ordered a bed online a few weeks ago. I had no idea the order got cancelled because customer service never got back to me.After many days of trying the 800 number decided to try asking for help at the store and Natasha was able to get everything straightened out!I’m so excited for my new bed and sheets!! Delivery day can’t come soon enough!!
