Went in there to get a gift for someone. I had never bought a cigar in my life and knew nothing about them! They were absolutely great!! He helped me select a a couple of nice quality cigars, they have a special area just for the cigars! It’s all enclosed, in a special room! They couldn’t have been nicer!

I've been going here every other week for the last six months for purchasing disposable vapes. The staff are very friendly and the prices are great. They encourage you to try their vapes in the store to make sure they're working and if you buy a new type of device to make sure you like it and the flavor. I recommend this place for anyone in the Alderwood area looking for good service and a decent variety for vape products.

Terrible experience, went to purchase a couple funkey republic vapes. Everything went smoothly with the transaction and once purchase i proceeded to unbok the two vapes in the store to try them but there was no trash can so i stepped outside to throw the boxes and the bottom sticker all to find out one of the boxes just had the vape without the tape and i tried it and it did not work and i then noticed teeth marks on the outside of the vape tip. I went in and talked to the teller all for him to scream at me about my rights and how i purchased it and it was my right to try it in the store etc... Im telling u i was 2 steps outside the store to get rid of the trash in an entirety of 30 seconds to then come in and been chastised by the teller. All in all a terible experience and a shady business reboxing used vapes and trying to sell them to poor souls. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

Don’t go here for vapes. They display them lying down flat. Which causes the vapes to leak. I’ve bought multiple vapes here that misfire and when I tried to do exchanges the worker gave me a weird vibe. Even though I went into the store and showed them my vape was burning without me even hitting it

Sold me a defect product, gave me an exchange, but defect again. Told me they can’t do anything about it. Been a customer here for years but never going back to this place.

I used to go to this shop a lot but then haven't been around lately. I went to this shop today, and I bought an UT bar and I tried it out in the store, and it worked, and then 10 minutes later, it stopped working. I went back and tried to swap it for another, and there was no issue and they replaced it for me. I appreciate their help and will definitely come back in the future

I live right by this smoke shop and it’s become my go-to smoke shop. The guys there are super nice and always order products when they run out to make sure they have them for me.

This store is amazing. It’s a family owned shop. They always have the most options for flavors and the best prices on shisha. They also have full size cube coals for hookah. The owner is friendly and remembers my friends and I on a first name basis! Highly recommend checking them out.

I usually go to this location after work but today was the last day I will stop by. If you’re a girl please don’t go to this shop. The owner or whoever is a creep. I never talk unless I’m telling him what I want or thanking him. He kept looking at me and calling me baby. The atomosphere in that store when you’re alone is a feeling idk how to explain. Be safe.
