Sound Oxygen/Adapt Health is a terrible company. They continue their policy of double billing and charging the customer's credit card without permission. The billing dept promises they won't bill my credit card, since I have insurance, does it anyway. Then they promise a refund and never provide it. Since I have seen so many similar reviews, I can only conclude that this is their standard policy and procedure. I am changing suppliers ASAP.

Sound Oxygen is now AdaptHealth, but it is not any better! I went in on a Friday to pick up my new CPAP machine. I was told I could use my existing mask, which wasn't very old. However, when I got home, the mask would not connect to the new tubing, which is slightly different. When I called, the woman set up an appointment to come in on Tuesday. I walked in, and it took her less than five seconds to remove a portion of the connection from the old tubing, which allows the mask to work with the new tubing. My complaint is (1) she has had this problem before, so she shoud have checked that all out when I initially picked up the machine. (2) She mentioned that she had once spent an hour unsuccessfully on the phone tellilng someone how to remove the critical piece. Come on! AdaptHealth could provide a standardized email with pictures showing how to remove the piece. It's much less complicated than a Covid test! But I had to take two hours out of my life and spend gas money driving for over an hour because she did not think ahead. That is not acceptable!

Todd Mcgrath, the branch manager at Adapt Health is a very knowledgeable person who got me getting to speed on using the product. he was very courteous and made sure that we are able to use the equipment well before he let us go home. Thank you Todd

AWFUL COMPANY! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Lynwood saleswoman- aggressive and unprofessional. Manager had to step in and give us the CPAP machine because the employee was calling and harassing me. Calling customer service, especially billing? Obviously call center where no one can speak English. For every question, they have to put you on hold (I assume to ask the supervisor how to respond to any question). Report them to Medicare fraud- they are collecting rent on the CPAP machine, but are trying to bill me for the entire device. AVOID Adapthealth!

This company has become apart of Adapt health. Both have terrible customer service and extremely slow order and account processing. Recommend avoiding doing business with them.

I made an appointment per my doctor to the Lynnwood office. When I went to the appointment the women was very confrontational because someone didn't let her know why I was there. She asked why I was there and I told her my doctor wants me to look at different masks and she said I wasn't cleared for a mask yet. She pulled the monitor towards me to see there was nothing there. I asked if I could at least see se masks. She dropped to on the table and looked annoyed but said she could at least look at the settings. I said I'm good, I'll go somewhere else and she said Have a nice day. I canceled my account and am doing business close by them and the service, prices and professionalism are top notch and way better. I never do reviews but that place ate at me for weeks. Good luck staying in business not that I care.

Awful company and awful experiences. They work every trick in the book to double and triple charge customers....and blame it on the insurance company. Never had a consistently worse experience with a company.

Cpac not working,,quick easy solution,,,need to get a full face mask due to leaksprevious comments are from a previous appointment,, Waiting for a call from the manager about a possible reason for current machine not working now.

Terrible customer service. Wait times on phone to discuss billing is ridiculously long and then surly Shirley comes on the phone and verbally rolls her eyes repeatedly...yikes!
