We went to the alderwood location and wanted to activate 3 new lines. The associate that helped us was very pushy and was trying to pressure us in to paying around $2,200 for 3 phones. He tried to bully us into buying a watch we didn't need or want. When he went to the back to get the phones my family talked and we decided to walk out.We went to the location on 196th and paid less than $900 for 3 phones that are financed, 3 cases, and 2 new blocks for the charging cord. I would give the 2 associates at this location more than 5 stars if I could. We came away so happy and satisfied!!

Henry Hernandez helped me find a battery pack that I needed so badly that day.He even went above and beyond and offered to charge my phone and the battery pack for a few minutes so I can use my phone to do some contactless transactions while shopping. Such a lifesaver and wonderful customer service!

This people don’t have good customer service skills. Today I stopped by with some questions regarding my account. The employee here asked me to take out my phone, open the app and just did what I could’ve done myself. As soon as he did he said fine. And went away. Didn’t wait or asked if we needed something else. He just wanted to be done with us. I consider that very rude. If you work here please be polite, have funGood manners and make people feel like you care if you don’t. Believe we don’t want to deal with you either but unfortunately we needed some help.

Aman who is an associate, will take care of you 100%. She literally took her time to help us understand what we were looking to invest in and had an uncommonly positive attitude. We only want to do business with her. Go see her!Her supervisor Henry is also top shelf as he takes care of his teammates as equals. You can tell, here, attitude reflects leadership and his leadership ability is superb.Thank you Aman and Henry for a wonderful experience.

Had a great experience. Switch carriers for the first time, verizon to t-mobile. Young gentleman Alex was really patient, also explained the process with no issues. I recommend, if switching.

I wasn't impressed. I walked in after dealing with multiple other stores that had no problem helping me resolve the issue and replace my phone that I have had less than two weeks. Well I walked into this store and the guy takes one look and tells me that my phone was damaged from pressing to hard on the screen. So I go to a different store. They took care of it no problem.

Very rude customer service specially by the asian old lady. Refused to replace my screen protector, Turned her back on me while i was talking. although i went to a greenwood location after and changed it with no issue. She lied and claimed that I don’t have it under my account. Never going back there the whole asian crew is rude.

This is the worst T-Mobile store I have ever encountered. When attempting to pick-up my device, I experienced harassment and discrimination based on my gender identity from an employee called Andres. Unfortunately, this was not the first issue I had at this location. The service is routinely poor and staff are often rude to customers who are already frustrated and upset due to service or device issues. The experience was so poor that I filed a complaint with both the management team of Alderwood Mall and with T-Mobile's corporate office.There is often a long wait for the horrendous service offered as well, often over forty-five minutes for even simple operations. People arrive at the store already frustrated with their service and/or device and treating them poorly when they need help results in further frustration and an all-around bad experience. I would honestly recommend going to any other location but this one.

1* for your bad services bc there's no 0. I open a new line on Magenta MAX and get a s23 ultra phone but they don't give me a promotion. Even I show them the chat with Tmobile. Still say No. Please visit your website to update the info before you talk to your customers.
