**update**
I am so disappointed. Proclean Team was my go to gutter and roof cleaning company for years. This past month I had 2 no shows. Customer service was terrible, gave me erroneous information and purposefully lied to me. Then, I accidentally paid them through Zelle, was told my refund would appear in my account the next day for 2 weeks. I am still getting the run around. I have requested a convo with managers/ book keeper or anyone else, CS refuses to connect me with anyone. At this point I assume I am out 80 bucks. I will be reporting The Proclean team to the bbb and Washngton State licensing.
My previous review. as if 11/25 I do not recommend.
ProClean Team did a great job on my roof, gutters and windows for a great price. Thanks guys!

Hired the ProCleanTeam to clean our gutters and apply a moss treatment to our roof. In the process of cleaning the gutters, they cracked the windshield on our car. They have gone radio silent and are not responding to my emails or phone calls (1.5 months later), despite having acknowledged the damage at the time it happened. I would recommend caution before working with them, the difficulty in actually talking to anyone who works there (I think they have an outsourced call center managing their phone number) seems to be a red flag.
Updated note on 6/16/25: Despite the owner response to this comment, no one at ProClean will respond to my emails or phone calls.
Updated note on 10/6/25: ProTeamClean reached out and are paying to replace the windshield.

Seriously, don't even bother with these guys. They rescheduled my gutter cleaning like a million times, then showed up a day later without a notice. They didn't seem to care much. Not worth the hassle. Find someone else.

The young man arrived in the allotted time slot. After blowing off the cedar debris and putting down moss control, he gave me some ideas of when I should use the service more efficiently. I truly appreciated the advice to help keep my shingles in good shape.Service: Rooftop/skylight cleaning

I have utilized The ProClean Team for several years now. They have not disappointed me. They power washed my patio, driveway, walkway and desk. They arrived promptly and reset chairs and planters. It was an excellent job as always. I highly recommend The ProClean Team!

ProClean pressure washed all the concrete around my house, including porches and driveway, and they did a fabulous job! I had lots of moss and hadn't had them cleaned for years. The surfaces all look brand-spanking new now!
