Went to this location we were not greeted by the employees at the register, white folks came in and they were welcomed and greeted. Unfortunately the white folks didn't respond to the employees and went straight ahead looking for what they want.Lol ??

Great service, Great organization, Cool shop! Wanted to write a survey but lost my receipt: The employees here are actually really cool and welcoming. I like how there is a full men’s section that is equal to women’s. I had twin girl employees help me pick out an outfit for me last week, each time I come back, I hope to see them again because they were very helpful. Definitely coming back here to shop.

Horrible store with unprofessional staff. Would not reccomend as its run by literal children. Also be warned that they will say that they need your email info for a receipt which is a blatant lie it will be sent to 3rd parties for spam and they only want it to make themselves look better for corporate.

Glad we finally have a Tillys in this part of Washington. Great selection and styles. Unfortunately, earlier this week when I went in with my girlfriend and left with a single item, I was asked by the cashier for an email to keep the receipt in their records. I asked if I HAD to give them my email and she continued to pressure me for an email address. I begrudgingly gave her my email after she told me "We won't spam you, it will just send you a monthly coupon email" Well, 2 days later I am sitting at 6 email from Tillys for various promotions.ASKING for an email is fine. I worked retail, I understand that you are pressured to do so for metrics. But please do not lie to customers faces pretending that it is mandatory to do so to make a purchase.

In my 20 some odd years of CS, I never truly appreciated the importance of mastering the "customer friendly" tone of voice over the phone until I spoke with the store manager Christine at the Lynwood Tillys. I told her my issue that involved a heart broken tween and after running over some quick and efficient problem solving issues she was able to remedy the problem. I know in the world of retail and clothes it is not a life changing scenario BUT it is about the little things and the minor details of someone's attitude ,conduct and going that little extra mile that speak volumes! Thank you for all your help Christine! I hope your District Manager reads this and acknowledges you for your amazing professionalism.

Me and my daughter went into the mall to buy her some summer clothes and I really wanted a pair of jean cut-off shorts. Mall closes at 8 but maybe we would get lucky and find a couple things really quick at Tilly's. We had a half-hour and went in at 7:30pm on Saturday, June 5th, in case management or above care. Somehow I don't think they will. The mall was packed and we like Tilly's clothes and the service has always been what's to be expected at a small clothing store like this. She didn't find anything but I found exactly what I wanted. A girl was up front walking around, away from the register and (what looked like) straightening hanging clothes. I had just found what I was looking for and wanted to try them on when another girl came out from a door in the back. No "hi", no "What brings you in", nothing but a frown on her forehead. I let her know I wanted to try on these shorts and can I get into a fitting room. She said, "The fitting rooms close at 7:20" I said it's 7:30, you close at 8 but nobody can try on clothes after 7:20?? She said they are short staffed. I said, "There's nobody else here, there's a girl up front and it's a single pair of shorts!" I'd even put them back on the display for them and it would take me less than three minutes. She said, "No. The fitting rooms close at 7:20 because we are short staffed" I heard her the first time but thought how crazy is this? I know the world is upside down right now but, really? How long are businesses going to use this excuse so they don't have to provide service or product? I pointed out that there is NOBODY else here! She started to fold clothes on the rounds that were already folded! She literally turned her back on us and walked away. Then I was approached by the other employee and she asked, "Is there a problem here?" So I said, "Yeah. Your company would rather have you actually turn your back on a paying customer (that was willing to pay $60 for a pair of shorts) and walk away from them to fold clothes that are already folded?" I pointed out, again, that we are the only people in the store. I see why. She said the same thing about being understaffed. Does this company actually want to file bankruptcy? I'm going to do a little research because I was completely blindsided. It was really, really weird!

I used to like this store but when I was paying the worker almost stole my money. The total came out to be $73 and I accidentally handed her $100 in cash by accident instead of $80 and she counted it and did not say a word. Only because my mom was with me she told me that I had given her extra 20 dollars. So I asked how much I had given her and that’s when she handed my money back. Her name was Isabel or Isabella. Horrible experience.

I used to love this store but things change. Tillys was a store that you could go into to buy clothes and other merchandise by the brands north face, volcom, rvca, salty crew and more. They have unique brands and some designs that are harder to find. This store is like a blend of a bunch of other stores but it's hard to put it in its own category because the items here are higher quality than other stores. I have secured a few pieces from here that I really love however on my last visit which indeed will be my last things went haywire. I bought 3 shirts. 2 for myself and one for my wife. One didn't fit me so I took it back. And hers didn't fit her. I kept the long sleeve one because it's perfect. I had requested a gift receipt while I was there and they obliged. Since this was a surprise for my better half I chose a maroon obey shirt but it was one size too small. It was on clearance but I never saw any sign that indicated it was a "final sale" apparently that is all over the website. All I wanted to do was exchange it for one size up. They refused and said it's policy. They said it's on the bottom of my the receipt. Well how will this help me when I have no idea until I actually BUY something. I had already been waiting in line for a good 10-15 mins while they went mind numbingly slow. I called the corporate number because I have worked in customer service and I know that when you have a policy it should be clearly listed. Now my wife is stuck with a shirt that won't fit. She is trying to loose some weight to fit into it but seriously. I basically lost 22$ from this. Lesson learned. Make sure you ask about 10 f****** people what the return policy is. Oh and the girl at the register basically said sorry we'll talk to her about it. I don't want the other gal who helped me to get in trouble. I would've even taken store credit. You've lost a loyal customer because of s*** like that. 2 stars are for the price and selection that's about it. I'll make sure to tell everyone I know to not shop at any Tillys. If y'all wanna be petty over an exchange I can be petty too

Helpful workers and cute clothes. However, there isn't social distancing (a limit to how many people are allowed in the store) and you are allowed to try on clothes.

Poor customer service and mannerisms during curb side only pick up. They want you to spend all your hard earned money but refusing curb side returns now. Went to pick up an online order and opened my trunk the girl was super rude and said it wasn't open enough and wouldn't come an inch closer left my package in the cement ground where it's very dirty for me and walked away. It's like screw the health of the human customer but it's okay for an employee to behave ridiculously. I was asking her to throw the time in my car window she refused and could have done so. I went previous day and didn't encounter the same issues the sales girl was very nice. Nordstrom please train this clerk on customer service etiquette or you will lose a Highly valued customer.

This is my go to mall. There is a wide enough range of stores for me to shop at. Also, I like the food court. My go to restaurant is Chaat N Roll! I love my Indian Cuisine. Its also nice that the AMC theater is right across the food court. The mall itself is usually always clean (food court, bathroom) so thats a big plus for me! If you are in the area, this is a good mall to stop by.
