The worse customer service I ever seen before. The lady on the front desk was so rude and charged me for cleaned van $25. Never go back here and don’t recommend this place !!!

They called to follow up to make sure I was running on time, It was easy to get the trailer I needed, and when I returned it took about 3 min.
No issues and will be going back when needed.

Advertisement: Propane filled 7 days a week
visits in the last 2 months I'm sent away because "we don't have anyone certified to do that"
Figure out how to supply what you advertise. The other uhaul in Lynnwood does not have this problem. This one appears to be managed poorly.

Their idiotic, micromanaging phone tree prohibits one from directly calling the branch you're doing business with and there is no branch on said phone tree whereby to inquire as to whether they have , for instance flatbed carts to rent.
If you can't trust your street level franchisee to answer the damn phone, learn to write code

I recently had the best experience renting a trailer from this U-Haul location. The check-in process was incredibly fast, and the staff was friendly and efficient. They made sure everything was ready for me, which made the checkout process equally smooth. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing to rent a trailer quickly and hassle-free. Overall, a fantastic experience that exceeded my expectations.

Reserved a 15’ truck and instead they charged us for a 17’ truck. No offer to make anything right. Shady, shady place. Never using U-Haul again.

The truck I rented ended up getting stolen here in Lynnwood over night. I filed a police report and let Uhaul know what happened. Uhaul told me that I would have to wait until they got their truck back before they would issue my refund. Fast forward 3 weeks and I’m getting charged $500 and another $400 for a promissory note I had attached to my contract. It’s been a lot lately with everything that happened and then this to top it off. Uhaul did apologize and told me it was an error on there end.

I have storage at this location. They are great in that area. What bothers me is they park their trucks in the only spots for customers to park (on the side closest to 99, and loading/unloading area). Very inconvenient.

William (either the owner or the manager) of this facility was extremely professional and the customer service was down right awesome. Called the day before to let us know that the 26’ truck wasn’t available due to the previous renter keeping it longer than reserved. Went out of his way to call several stores to see if it was available and none were. He gave us the option of the 20’ (which we took because we needed to move out). He even gave us a $50 discount for the inconvenience. Our drop off time was an hour before closing and he called and said it was ok if we wanted to keep the truck overnight and not have to rush if we wanted for no extra fees since no one else needed our truck. What a great place to rent, if and when we need another uhaul I will be sure to bring my business there! Absolutely the best! Cheers!!

Absolutely the best service. I’ve been here 4 times in the past few weeks getting ready to move. The manager helped me, not sure her name, but she was so kind, and helped me load all my things in my car. Above and beyond service, if I wasn’t moving out of state I would only use them in the future!
