I scheduled this online for 5 hours to move some things out my garage. I picked up the truck at 9:22 am and returned in at 2:15pm (wrongly labeled on the online receipt for 2:28pm). When observing the online receipt I noticed I was charged double for a two day rental. I called U-Haul to resolve this misunderstanding; their explanation summary was they double booked the truck and I was late. The truck had transmission issues and stalled on hills multiple times during my move. I came to a complete stop on a hill and stalled. The only way I made it up was reversing the truck back down the hill and going a fast as the truck would allow me to make it up. I conveyed this to U-Haul support and costumer service. This has been the worst U-Haul experience I have ever had. I have always gone to the main stores that has multiple trucks. I found this experience dishonest and sketchy. The truck was dangerous to use and not maintained even the brakes had a lag. You should not be getting anxiety about a rental car stopping in traffic, that defeats the purpose of this whole transaction. Honestly I would not even make a review if I wasn't over charged for this horrible experience. I am expecting a email from Mitchell Eden (costumer service manger) to continue the inconvenient journey of resolving this sketchy transaction.

They have the worst uhaul trucks available with them. The one I picked stopped working after an hour with just few miles of drive. I had to face so much problem and waste my time to wait for roadside assistance in getting it fixed. At the end they charged me double for 2 days instead of one due to the truck problem.

Upgraded us to a 20 foot truck without notice even though they had a few 10 foot trucks in the parking lot when we asked if we could take one of those. She said she would have to call them and let them know so we couldn't ha seems weird that she wanted to let them know if they were going to get upgraded when they weren't gonna let us know when we got upgraded now we have to Move into the city with a 20 foot truck on a small road

These folks really do their best. If you tell them what you need, and what you're trying to do, the will absolutely do their best to find a way to get things done. They really do a good job.

My review is about this U-Haul location specifically. While I have had excellent experiences with other U-Haul shops, this one is to be avoided at all costs. They will cheat you.I rented a 15 foot truck today to move a refrigerator. In total, I put 14 miles on the truck. When I returned the truck to this location I put $20 (more than 4 gallons) of gas in the tank. The gas guage didn't return to the same point as when I first took the truck, so I put an additional $12.02 of gas in the tank and got it to (by my estimation) the right fuel level. This was at the same gas station as the U-Haul franchisee. Understand... I've now put almost seven gallons of fuel in the truck for an officially documented 14 miles of travel.The woman that checked in the truck had the gall to charge me for another two gallons of fuel. I have paid more than $45 in fuel for a documented 14-mile rental.Do not rent from this location. They are dishonest.

Extremely difficult language barrier they don't know what renting a moving truck is and they don't know what moving blankets are and they did not understand anything I said by phone so we had to call somebody else who speaks English

I Haul is not reliable and does not notify you when changing your reservation. You deserve to go out of business. It's pointless to make a reservation. They screw their customers over. I Hail is the worst.

Friendly staff
