Ok I've used this place a bunch of times with good service. However today....pure price gouging! I just needed a regular size medium box to ship some non-fragile stuff. They wanted to charge over $11 just for the box and another $12 to put stuff in the box. $11 FOR A BOX!! Nothing special about it. That is ridiculous. Their boxes must be lined with gold or something.

The employee that assisted me was so rude and unhelpful. I do not know her name, but she quoted me $300 to ship an item, I inquired about the online quote price and she said i don’t know about that. I asked if $300 was the slowest and cheapest option, she said yes. was also quoted $127 for a box that i ended up getting a uhaul for $8. Went to another ups location, explained what had occurred, they said she must either not know what she was doing or was intentionally being rude. they quoted me for $75 and said that any other store would have the same price.

I came to this location with double digit Amazon returns. It was quite busy, but the employees remained calm and professional. One lady in particular communicated with customers as they entered the store. I did have one return that would not fit in a bag and was charged for not packaging it myself. If I'd known then I could have packaged it, but I'd already waited in line and didn't want to be a pain. Otherwise, this was a great experience. Thanks to all the employees at this location. You all are doing a fine job and it's appreciated.

Absolutely ridiculous that they charged us $15.90 for one box and two strips of tape to close that box. They seem to not care about customers and rip everyone off at every chance they get!

I have no idea what happened to this place, but I will no longer be a UPS customer thanks to this store. I used them before for many services including notary and international shipping. When I would return an item from Amazon that I had packed, but did not tape it closed, that would not be problem. However, they changed their policy so that a 'free' return to Amazon that you packed at home, will now come with a $3 fee from UPS for their 'packaging' service. That 'packaging' service was a simple piece of tape. $3 for a little piece of tape??? Come on...what happened? They were gracious enough to put that $3 charge on their house account this time. I am glad I found out before I decided to ship multiple packages that I need to pack! In today's economy of charging for everything, including 8 cents for a plastic bag, now they charge $3 for a piece of tape!

I most patiently waited 40 minutes at approx 4pm today in line. We couldn't have been more patient of one worker in the store. Finally my turn is up and I have all my ducks in a row with 4 Amazon returns. You barked at me and told me I needed to put them into bags, which I obviously tried to do but let you know you were out of them. You were very obviously annoyed at me and let me know you were charging to tape my box, ok, petty but whatever I get it's a business. $4 for about 24 inches of tape. Fine. You tell me I should have used to kiosk for returns but there were no bags available to fit my returns, plus I needed you to tape my box shut.This was not a happy "we box and ship your items" experience. Instead it's a nickle and dime and be unhelpful rude spot with subpar customer service. You were mostly kind to every single one of the 14 people ahead of me and decided to take it out on me. I've been in customer service and hospitality for 20+ years. Showing a little kindness goes far. I overheard you tell another customer to leave you a nice review. Well here's mine.

Highly recommend this location. Their customer service is second to none. I am constantly impressed with how Karina and Brandon are able to swiftly manage rush hour spikes with ease. I take care of all of my shipping needs here and wouldn't go anywhere else.

normally, it's not my favorite store, but the way one of the ladies , her name is Lacey, she helped me a lot with paperwork, she guided me where to sign and what to do, she really deserve a raised, because it's so hard to find helpful people these days, thanks a lot,

These guys are unethical shisters. I went in to have two signatures notorized. After she did the notarization, I went back through the packet to make sure I signed everything, was buying a property, realized I missed two for the county assessors office in each packet, one for the seller, one for the state. She then rang me up for 6 notarizations (Only the affidavit for the state needed to be and was notorized. The tax paperwork for the county did not).I was running late for work so I didn't want to argue with her cuz I can tell she just assumed I never had anything notorized before and she would make it a pain so I (I was in the insurance business for a long time, very familiar with the laws) just paid, decided I would just report her for fraud to the state which I finally had time to do today.Go to any bank, they will charge you $10.In the end cost me about $140. Beware. They will rip you off since they get a percentage of each fee. Go to any other UPS store. Stay away from this place.

I came in today to terminate my mailbox. The lady pulled up my name but didn’t know what to do next. The other lady said she would show her how to do so when was done with her customer. I waited for 15 minutes and they ignored me, serving the new customers. I stepped up and they pulled up my name again to terminate the contract. They didn’t say a word to me. I waited for a receipt or something like that. After a while I asked them and they said I could’ve left when I wanted. There was zero communication. They let me wait and expect me to leave. I told them they should’ve let me know earlier. I didn’t do anything wrong to receive this kind of attitude. I left a review here because I didn’t want to embarrass them in the store. Wasted my time and money. Will not come to this UPS store again.

I have been to this store a few times, and they are always busy. But they take the time to help customers. I came in with an Amazon return of broken furniture. The jigsaw pieces didn't fit in the original box. They helped me fit the pieces back into the original box, taped it up, and accepted the Amazon return. I was frustrated with the situation. They didn't cause the problem but they helped to fix it. That's saying a lot.

Smokey point store wouldn't take my amazon return (they said it had to be in another box which they tried to sell me). I stopped at this store on my way home and was in and out in a couple of minutes with absolutely no fuss. I have never had any problems at this store and will continue to use it.
