I will start this off by saying there was only one worker at this branch. That was so sweet and amazing. I wish I can remember his name but I cannot. This branch was absolutely horrible to deal with when I was dealing with a fraud charge. They were so unhelpful, and I would not recommend this bank to anybody. I have been a customer for over two years, and this experience made me switch banks, and obviously write this review. I think U.S. Bank as a whole is a horrible bank to start with and use. US Bank does not like to return phone calls and call people when they say they are going to. They are incredibly rude on the phone and unhelpful. As a whole, I would not start with this bank I would not let your kids go through this bank or anything like that. I wish I would've known how bad this bank was before I decided to join.

Long line in the bank. Only one tell her to help.. you would think the bank manager would have more help on Saturday.

15 min. waiting in the drive thru. i was doing email and texting while waiting and it's not moving! I looked at my drive schedule - two cars have gotten out of line and looked at the bank window. i'm making a quick deposit, this person should be told to come in or go off to side and let customers be processed. Drive through should be a quick transaction. this is absurd

They don't care seven minutes in the drive-through and then went inside to see three people not helping anybody telling me just a minute. Terrible slow not friendly.

Great customer experience! The staff here do a consistent good job at this location. Some of the bank policies are not foot customer friendly however again the crew here is always friendly, thru, and fast. I am coming back.

Worst customer service! Mistreatment of senior citizens who needs to cash in their social security check. My dad who's in his late 70's always has trouble at the cashing his checks. Especially when English is his second language, it's easier for them to take advantage of him.

I am new to US Bank and can say hands down am very impressed. I have dealt with Ella Bagdasaryan at the Shoreline Branch for my parents. With Shoreline closing my parents wanted to make sure where Ella went, they went. Ella is now at the Lynnwood Branch by the Fred Meyers and we have followed her. Today I had Manny the Branch Manager come to my office to have me sign forms needed to be a co-signer's on my parents account. Manny came to me because of my work schedule. How many of you can say that your banker came to you, like in the olden days they used to do? If you're looking for a new bank, consider US Bank in Lynnwood.

Not sure why the bad reviews. Been with US Bank for 6 years. Friendly, courteous and always have a smile. They call you by name. Great customer service, super nice. Only downside is fees and cc rates are high. I love this bank. I also have an account at AlaskaUSA, which I also love alot. Never had issue with USBank.

This US bank's employees only care about themselves even the managers. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all. Having customers waited so long at the waiting area and asked for help but told me wait but NOBODY EVER COME AND HELP US!!! All employees literally IGNORED us. So we walked out. Damn assholes!!!!

This bank is horrible ALL around but the bank manager is the WORST. ZERO customer service skills! I'll be opening a bank account somewhere else most definitely. Not only did they lose a customer but I will tell EVERYONE I know NOT to use US bank! If you're the victim of fraud expect to get treated like you're the CROOK!!

Too bad I cannot give a zero star to this branch. This branch of US Bank is horrible!! One of the guys sitting at a desk here is very rude. Don't go to this branch. The Westminster, Shoreline branch of US Bank is much nicer. I will never do any business with this branch.

If there was a zero star rating I would not hesitate to give a zero star rating. This bank used to my home bank, i come here at least once a week. Most the staffs that helped me was really nice. But until recently I stopped coming to this branch. I was helped by a lady name Steffany Amador Garcia, i was taking out couple thousand dollars from my account. I specifically asked her if i can have all hundreds, she said ok. But when she counted the money for me they were all 20s. So i asked her again if i can have hundreds. She said "NO!" I was shocked I didn't expect such attitude from an US bank employee. Because personally i worked for US bank and also at that branch before, and i know if the teller ran out of certain type of bills, they can asked your coworker or your supervisor to trade you. So i asked her again, if she didn't have any hundred dollars bills would she be able to ask if her coworkers have any? She said "NO!" If she would explain to me why she is not able to give me the money in hundreds, I would totally understand. But just saying NO in a bad attitude is not acceptable and not professional. At least I remember when i used to work in the bank we were trained differently. Personally i believe when an employee brings this kind of attitude to work and shares that with the customers, she is not only driving the customer away, she is also putting us bank's company image and reputation at risk.

The teller here was horrible and treated us like criminals! We brought in a check reimbursement from our insurance company and they were going to charge us $7 to cash a check on their own bank and then made us fingerprint it and wrote our ID#'s and birthdays on the back under our signatures and then ran the check through the computer and then told us she couldn't cash it because it didn't pass their "hot pay" guidelines or some crap. Ridiculous. The only reason we went there was because the check was made out to both of us and I didn't know if my bank would cash it since my husband wasn't on the account. I will NEVER, EVER do business with this bank! I am NOT a criminal. We called the insurance agency and the check was fine. Took it to my bank and they cashed it without a problem. This bank sucks!!! Don't bank here!!

Everyone at US bank in general are very polite and fun to talk to, but this particular location goes beyond the standard service providence to satisfy their clients. The gentleman at this location made sure that I was approved for a desired credit card with different benefits than what I had prior. I'm glad I went to this location! Didn't get a chance to ask for the banker's name. But thanks again!

If i could give 0 stars i would. I have had this bank for 8 years!! They have 1 teller and a long line out the door, they refuse to call more tellers to help customers. If you're in a hurry DONT GO HERE. It was my first bank. They closed my account without NOTIFYING me!! 8 years of banking with you and this is how well i am treated!? I put 5$ into my checking account to keep it active, i also have a credit card with them. I come in to cash my checks and they tell me my account was at a 0$ balance for too long... How? Where did my 5$ go that i put in my account?! Where!? They're A-HOLE scammers. New people working there dont give a crap about you. I asked why i didnt receive a letter or a phone call, they didnt say anything just stayed quiet...! I cant believe this is how they treat their customers. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM! im going to BECU i hear they treat their customers well.
