U.S. Bank! Manpreet Kaur shows Above and beyond customer service with a good attitude. Helped me track down and identify everything. There were many things I needed to track down and go over for my statements to help reconcile my HOA account. Glad I had Manpreet to help. Thank you!

Slow. Staff move with no urgency. Don’t go through the drive thru they’ll ignore you until you come inside. Management looks bored of the day and just waiting to go home. I wish I had an alternative but they’re the closest one. Absolute trash service. Do better US bank.

I went in to the bank on Saturday morning to request a wire be sent to make a payment on behalf of my business. My business needs to pay rent. I was attended by Marian Hanna, the Client Relations Consultant. I gave her my driver's license and a printed paper with the wire account and routing numbers, and all the information that was needed. She took about 40 minutes of my time, provided me with the printed request and asked me to review the information to ensure it was correct. My name was spelled incorrectly and the routing number was also incorrect. I pointed out the errors and she redid the request and printed out the request a second time with the same errors. I told her to cancel my request and that I was leaving. She insisted she could get it done correctly, but I said no, we had wasted too much of each other's time. So I left.

Worst bank ever. Only 1 person working at all times, expect a long slow line. They also only claim to have only $5,000 at the bank at all times. If you ask for more than a few thousand dollars they will give you 20's.

I will start this off by saying there was only one worker at this branch. That was so sweet and amazing. I wish I can remember his name but I cannot. This branch was absolutely horrible to deal with when I was dealing with a fraud charge. They were so unhelpful, and I would not recommend this bank to anybody. I have been a customer for over two years, and this experience made me switch banks, and obviously write this review. I think U.S. Bank as a whole is a horrible bank to start with and use. US Bank does not like to return phone calls and call people when they say they are going to. They are incredibly rude on the phone and unhelpful. As a whole, I would not start with this bank I would not let your kids go through this bank or anything like that. I wish I would've known how bad this bank was before I decided to join.

I've had problems with this bank in the past, but this review is solely for the experience I had today. A Hispanic lady with long hair helped me today and was very unpleasant. I got the vibe that I was taking up her time and unwanted, and she seemed annoyed when it was hard to communicate at times due to noises and an inability to hear what she was saying. I think she's new as I haven't seen her much before so I hope you guys can train her to have better customer service. I've debated switching to BECU for a while now

Very friendly and efficient! The teller Adam is the best teller I have ever worked with. Very personal, funny while being efficient. Not too talkative. He makes me laugh and puts a smile on my face, even when I go in with a problem.

I have been waiting in line at the drive up window for OVER 20 minutes and still not moving. The person ahead of me should have gone INTO the BANK for their transaction or the employee needs to be more efficient. UNACCEPTABLE

Good Open Layout Design.Plenty of staff to take care of different bank needs.Inside was nice and air conditioned.And most important, I got to do what I needed to do quickly, which in my case was just a deposit.If what you are doing is simple deposits or quick withdrawals, these tasks are quick and easy.

Just started a new business. US Bank sent an offer stating I could get up to $1500 in rewards. I followed all their steps and they did not reward the account. I've gone into this branch where I opened my account. While some employees are extremely empathetic and try their best to answer the questions, the manager is extremely unhelpful. Only referring me to call the number on the back of the card. I'll be moving my bank account to a place I know that the manager treats the customers with urgency. Never banking with US Bank again.

15 min. waiting in the drive thru. i was doing email and texting while waiting and it's not moving! I looked at my drive schedule - two cars have gotten out of line and looked at the bank window. i'm making a quick deposit, this person should be told to come in or go off to side and let customers be processed. Drive through should be a quick transaction. this is absurd

My daughter just started banking here nothing but problems cannot get her money out has a hold on account for no reason. Been calling for days still no help and she has 2 little kids that she needs her money to get stuff for them.

The ATM stole my credit card and the bank couldn't tell me why. I was told that they couldn't return it to me because they had no way to verify that it was mine and had destroyed it. I'm going to be filing a theft report, a complaint with the better business bureau, and the consumer finance protection bureau. I'll also be telling my credit card company that it was stolen. I will never use US Bank for anything again. I didn't even get an apology.
