I just moved to Lynnwood and needed to open a local bank account. A friend recommended U.S. Lynnwood/Fred Myer Branch because they had a very good experience when something went wrong with a vendor. I had the easiest time and came across the most friendly, capable and professional people. Thank you Justin for being so fast and efficient with opening my new account.

Never even don't want understand what kind issues i have with my account whenevr i called or went the office they can't help . Just recommend to call the customer support ,qhenbi called customer support they said go to your branch office they can assist you but this branch they never help ever . Only they may help when you open new account they will become helper once you opened the account that's all they want and they don't care whatever issues you encounter with your account.????I do not recommend at all This Branch

The worest Place ever I don't recommend this place to do business with this branch Ever , The bank it's good byitself but the workers here they are so ignorant and not helpful at all and unprofessional, i have tried to get help with my account 6 times in the past 4 years but the manager and the lady i don't even know her name they are the worest Customer service representative here , and ignorant they don't even answer your question properly , they should go back to school to learn Customer service Class or business management . They take others place and blockes the banks business to not have more customers for the future .

I had a friend call me because the bank decided to lock his account. They wanted more info to "confirm" it was him. I had to give him money to eat. Please don't do any banking with this branch.

I commute along I-5 and this bank is my favorite. They’ve deserved a 5-star from me for a while but Chad went above and beyond on my latest transaction. Short lines, and quick friendly service.

My wife and I went into OUR bank, the one you are supposed to have a good relationship with and DOESN'T just want to sell you credit products or ding you with unknown fees. But I was SO WRONG! The lady who "assisted" us spent more time just chit chatting with us, like she was there to help. She KNEW we had no credit cards as we explained we didn't want to be like the "buried in debt" type of Americans, and that would not be "liked" by US Bank as far as pre approving us for a car loan. They sent us a letter saying, here is your score.... and that's IT. no call, no communication what-so-ever!! They just saw that we weren't there "perfect, debt loving customer" so just never did anything else! We called them to ask why we got a letter and the guy says, "wow, I see you have good credit, but you weren't approved" . Nice! We're you ever going to call us? We're you ever going to let us know?! Nope. BUT we have this CREDIT CARD to offer you!! REALLY!? So you want us to "build credit" with YOUR CREDIT PRODUCT RIGHT after we tried to GET A LOAN TO BUILD CREDIT?! You can respond with the usual lame, form response here, saying, "credit is a strange thing, bla bla bla..." no it isn't. It is a PRODUCT! THATS IT. You don't want to work with us to get a car, (NOT A CREDIT CARD!!!!) That's fine. We will come and remove our money, after 5 years, from your terrible bank. I will be back in there, only to let you all know this, face to face, because when you have a "relationship (as all your ads say) with your customers thats how you keep things real between each other, but no more chit chat. I just want my money OUT of this pit of a bank.*UPDATE UPDATE UPDAATE*If you.read their response they try and make it sound as if they "really care" and want to re-look at this situation" that's not what happened!! First, their tone changed drastically when finding out that their assumption that I was a doctor was wrong. Then I ask if they have any ability to actually change or do anything with the situation, due to.her title being "social network" bla, bla, bla... so the call was a patronizing attempt make me think they were on "my side" when they really want you to remove the negative review. Disgusting example of old minded banking here!!! RUN!!! DONT WALK!!! from this place unless you LOVE HIDDEN FEES and piles and piles of red tape!!!!! No, you don't care about relationships with your customers, you worry about collecting fees and selling credit cards...gross

Thank You to Charity Atkinson. She went above and beyond when I asked her politely to find out if my refund from a store that had stolen from me was in my account. She helped me find my online account and reset it so I could access it from my phone again. So helpful, friendly, and kind. This branch being open everyday of the week is a highly frequented location. I love the service. Never a long line even at opening. Thank you a Million!
